Hardwood throughout the house; Flat screen TV and ceiling fan in all bedrooms; Cable TV and free WiFi; Large front and rear decks with lounge chairs and tables, community pool, fitness center, and plenty of parking spaces! First floor: Bedroom Queen size bed and full bathroom, sleep sofa. Second floor: queen sleep sofa, 1/2 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with 3 bar stools and 6 seating dining area. Third Floor: Master bedroom -King-size bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. 2nd bedroom -(2) singles bed, 3rd bedroom - queen bed. Full bathroom and laundry closet in the hallway. The garage-turned game room includes a foosball, dart board, ping pong table, and seating area with a flat-screen TV.

Convenient & quick access to the inlet and all the downtown & West OC attractions. Walkout to community swimming pool and fitness center, outlet shopping, fishing and restaurants such as Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Starbucks, Hoopers Restaurant (Hoopers also offer water sports including jet ski and boat rental), Sakura, Panera Bread, Dunkin Donuts, Outback Steakhouse, or dine in one of the many nearby restaurants frequented by locals.
