This little house is an independent home in the back of main house, but with a completely separate private entrance and parking.
With Lots of sunshine and peace, the home is equipped with keyless entry (your phone is the key), black out curtains throughout, medium size Smart tv, Wifi, a nice living room area with plenty of seating including a comfortable leather couch.
The bathroom has a large shower with handheld shower head combo, full length mirror, basic essentials for 5 days worth of travel. Bathroom also has blow dryer & some basic essentials.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (BYO), dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, and all the basic cookware you need including basic spices & some teas.
The home is equipped with a combo washer/dryer for laundry.
Sleeping area has one queen size bed with fresh linens & plenty of charging stations for your devices.
Dining area is quaint with a table and two chairs.
There are also books for rainy days.
In laundry area you find a small ironing board and iron.
Little house has plenty of storage space for your travel.
The parking is located along the fence which is very large and can accommodate more than one vehicle.

This precious location offers fast access to: downtown Tampa (5 mins), TPA airport (8 mins), University of Tampa, Soho District, Armature Works, Benchmark Arena, Convention Center, Riverwalk, Raymond James, Sparkman Wharf, Port Of Tampa, Midtown, Busch Gardens, Casino, International Mall, gyms, supermarkets, and major highways leading to beaches like Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Most of these locations are literally within an 8-minute drive.
