Thanks for the great review! We’re so happy the location was just right - close to everything but still nice and relaxed. Perfect combo! Come back soon.
Thanks so much! We’re thrilled you found the space clean and comfortable. Our housekeeping team takes pride in their work, so it’s wonderful to hear that stood out. Glad you enjoyed being close to King Street!
The communications with the host were wonderful, both in the lead up to our trip, and during. When an unexpected repair issue arose, they were quick to act and moved us to a nearby property.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad our team was able to stay in touch and support you throughout your trip. While the repair was unforeseen, we’re happy we could quickly arrange a nearby alternative. Our team is available 24/7 to ensure our guests are taken care of. Come back soon!
Very clean, no bugs, everything worked, great location, comfy beds. Host was very kind and responsive to our one minor request: needed batteries for the remote. Property is in rough shape, a lot of deferred maintenance on the outside. Big cracks in the ceiling. If you’re on the first floor, expect the upstairs neighbors will be loud. Proximity to other houses also made it loud. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay.

Thanks so much for your detailed review. We are really glad you enjoyed the cleanliness, comfy beds, and great location. Our housekeeping team takes pride in their cleanliness so that is wonderful to hear. Our comfy beds are definitely a guest favorite. Happy to hear our 24/7 team was able to quickly help with the batteries as well. As a historic home, there are naturally some unique characteristics, and we do continue working on upgrades while preserving its historic charm. We appreciate your stay and are glad you still had an enjoyable visit.
Host was great. House was clean but the best were the comfort of the beds. It was a bit disturbing being so close to a trauma center. The first night many helicopters

3 Stars for an extended stay. What we liked: • Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy • The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, and utensils • The host/property manager was responsive • Great location—walkable and convenient to many top-rated restaurants • Having a washer and dryer was very helpful • The shower had excellent water pressure and consistent hot water • Works well as a short-term stay optionWhat we didn’t like: • The property is on a busy street, which can be noisy • There was a noticeable sewer smell at times • Some mildew issues were present • Appliances were dated (although a new oven was installed on our last day) • Furniture was not very comfortable for a longer stay • Outdoor furniture wasn’t usable without cleaning • Online photos appear outdated and don’t fully reflect the current conditionSummary:This property has solid fundamentals—especially location and basic functionality—but falls short for longer stays due to comfort and maintenance issues. It’s a better fit for a shorter visit where those factors are less impactful.

This house is in a phenomenal location. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The beds were super comfortable and yard was suitable for walking our dog.

The beds were clean and comfortable. You can hear street noise in the front bedroom. King St is several blocks away but there is a free shuttle bus stop nearby. There is a bagel shop and Mexican grill & bar a couple blocks away.

You're the best James! It is indeed in a great location being close to everything. It was a pleasure to be your host. Thanks for being a wonderful guest.
I have been travelling to Charleston for last 3 years while my daughter is a student at College of Charleston. This trip we needed a pet friendly home for an extended stay while she moved between rentals. This met every need we had - comfortable, convenient to restauants, clean and quiet. It was appropriately and reasonably priced. We had one minor maintenance issue which was resolved quickly and professionally. We will definitely book through here again.
