"Country Relaxation" - Come kick your feet up and relax awhile!
A very sweet home close to all the amenities you could ask for. Starbucks is opening a new store right down the street. There are restaurants all around us as well as Walmart, Lowes, CM Bowling and a Skating Rink for the kidos. We also have the Aransas Pass Aquatic Center. The hours are a little touchy due to the Covid situation. If you have any questions about upcoming events in our little town you can call the Chamber and they can tell you anything you need to know. We have plenty of boat ramps close for your use. Fishing is great. So come on down and relax and have fun.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Very clean, Gladys was so kind and helpful, we will definitely look for this property again next time we’re in town!

The house was roomy even though it looked small from the outside. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the location, was not far from the boat ramp we use as well as food and necessities. Would definitely recommend and stay again
The location of the home was in an area with a lot of RVs and traffic. Even still, it was a great size home and a more affordable place to stay near port Aransas. Close to shopping as well. The owner was very easy to reach, and we had no issues during our stay. Would stay here again!!
Perfect for our family getaway. The property is clean and well stocked with essentials. Gladys was extremely prompt and flexible in replying to our requests and made us to feel welcome. We will be returning.
Property manager was very flexible on check in and everything was as promised. Very comfortable.
A/Cs kept everything cool. Will stay again if available.
Comfortable overnight stay. We needed a place for seven of our parishioners to stay overnight to attend a funeral. Very clean and cozy. Easy check-in and checkout. Very reasonably priced and affordable. Thanks for a comfortable stay!
We went on our yearly family vacation. The property was very accessible to parking and we'll lighted outside. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. There was pleanty of room. The price was competitive for the area. I would be more than happy to stay in the house again and it was available for our time in advance.

Great Place to stay!!
This place was clean, comfortable, and nice! We enjoyed staying here but really wanted to stay at a place that was waterfront. The details of the listing were not correct and the place was not on the water and was a hassle to go fish like we had planned. The kitchen could use updated equipment it was not fully stocked with things to cook with. The pots and pans are not appropriate for a family meal. No pot holders, we had to use towels. No cutting board. Dull knives. Cheap paper products, etc. The pit was nice! We would have to pass next time.

Needs work
The first thing that jumped out at us was the smell of mold, and the closer we looked the more we could tell why. Badly sealed shower/tub with plenty of access for water, bubbling of the interior paint, cracked exterior windows, stained carpets. The wiring in the front two bedrooms also didn't work so the A/C units and ceiling fans/lights were not usable. We reported the power issue to the owner and got a very fast response with them coming over right away to try to fix the problem. They did not succeed and offered to let us stay at a nearby house for free, but we decided to stay put. I would highly recommend that the owners get an inspector out to the house to give them a full list of items that have got to be repaired for the sake of the health of anybody who would want to stay there in the future.
This was a very nice place for 3 guys to "camp out" to go fishing in Aransas Bay. Close to everything (stores, restaurants, boat ramp, bait shops, etc) We took full advantage and used the BBQ grill also! The neighborhood is a bit worn down; this rental unit stands out as much newer, clean, and well-kept. We could have easily slept more people, and it was nice having 2 full bathrooms. Great host, thanx!
We stayed here with our 2 adult kids and their spouses. It was very comfortable. Each room has its own window air conditioning unit which let everyone set their own level of comfort and served as white noise to give a sense of privacy and let some people sleep while others were up talking. Peaceful country setting. Cozy kitchen. Friendly owners. Would stay here again!
