A 70 m² house on two levels, ideally located.



On the ground floor, separate toilet and washing machine



On the 1st floor:

- fully equipped kitchen:

Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, combined microwave oven, gas stove, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster...

- Bedroom with a 140 cm bed

2nd Floor:

- 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds



Bed and toilet linen are not provided but can be rented from the concierge if needed.

Cleaning will be done after your departure so that you can enjoy the place and the beach until the end.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il a plein de points positifs : bien conçu, avec une cuisine super fonctionnelle, un petit extérieur, un lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver. Il faut cependant composer avec un bar juste dessous (qui n'est ouvert que jusque 14h environ) et le fait que le marché arago et le marché sont juste en face, ce qui ne rend pas le quartier très calme le matin. En dehors de cela, il est vraiment très plaisant.

appartement confortable et bien meublé avec tout le nécessaire. Il est situé dans un quartier agréable des Sables d'Olonne proche des commerces et de la plage. La terrasse doit être très agréable en été.

localisation sympa

la location est tres bien située, a proximite des commerces, marche, plage, restaurants, malgre tout il est dans un endroit calme avec du stationnement le bien est propre en general mais reste a parfaire dans les details (poignee de porte, interrupteurs,..)

la maison est très propre et bien entretenue. Virginie de la conciergerie très à l'écoute et sympathique. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
