CANADARAGO LAKE - New kitchen renovation in 2019. Located on the eastern shore of Canadarago Lake, this amazing lakefront home sits on a one acre lot with over 200 feet of private waterfront. The waterfront is very user friendly with easy access to the water. A spacious wrap around deck is ideal for outside dining and relaxing. The home is located on a sloping property, with terraced steps from the parking area. There is ample off street parking in the circular driveway.
This contemporary style home has four bedrooms. There is a full bath on each floor. The main floor has an open floor plan with the living and dining areas enjoying a panoramic view with awesome sunsets. A two story cathedral ceiling area with floor to ceiling windows increases the view of the lake.
The décor is a pleasing blend of exposed wood beams and contemporary colors and furnishings. The kitchen has tile flooring and granite counter tops. The remainder of the home has hardwood flooring. In addition to a dining area, there is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen.
