Beautiful secluded and spacious 5 bedroom house sleeps 12. Fenced in backyard, private beach in walking distance. Just over 10 miles to downtown Rehoboth. Crabbing and fishing off the dock. Stunning panoramic bay views with gorgeous sunsets.
Spacious living quarters including enclosed sunroom, with extra room off sunroom for use as game room or children’s play area, and wraparound deck with power awning. The property is a nature lover's dream, close to pristine natural habitat for bird watching and water scenes that are constantly changing. Walking path to private beach. The whole family can enjoy a wide variety of water sports.
Preparing meals will be a joy in the fully equipped kitchen. Dine at the kitchen island, spacious dining room or sunroom with sweeping views of the bay and beautiful sunsets.
Far from the crowds, but close to everything --- Rehoboth boardwalk is just over 10 miles away and close proximity to the neighboring resort towns Dewey, Bethany Beach, and Lewes.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Linens: If you used the ones provided you are responsible for washing, drying, and placing at the end of the bed they came off. Make the bed with comforter and shams. Dog towels, please wash and dry.
We do offer a linen cleaning service for $100 (Contact me at the end of your stay) You will place everything in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Damage and incidentals: You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Report immediately
Additional cleaning charges incurred by house keeping will be your responsibility. i.e. pet hair, dog towels, pet waste, trash, additional laundry.
If you use the grills, please clean before you check out. Let me know if the propane tank is empty or charcoal runs out, there is a spare in the shed

Hello, my name is Daron and my wife's name is Danielle we live in Pennsylvania. We have two daughters and two grandchildren. I've been coming to Lewes, Delaware since I was a little kid. Our family enjoys coming down and unwinding and enjoying the food and many activities this area provides and hope you will too.

Why they chose this property

This property was bought my parents in 1990, which it was just a small cottage. My Dad was in construction and in 2006 we tore down the original house and rebuilt the one today. He did this so that the family could come together and enjoy the beach life. He was big on making memories. We hope you can make memories here with your loved ones that will last a lifetime.

What makes this property unique

This property is secluded enough to get away from the busy beach but close enough you can enjoy all the activities within a short drive. We particularly like to get a beverage and sit at the gazebo and just listen to the water and watch the sunsets. In the morning we like grab a cup of coffee and sit on the deck and listen to everything wake up to a beautiful day. We hope you will get to experience these things and maybe create your own.
