The master suite features a King bed and a flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full beds. Guest rooms also have a flat-screen TV. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room, allowing for the unit to accommodate up to 10 people.

The unit includes a fully-equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Phoenix East II is loaded with all the amenities you need including an indoor pool, newly-renovated outdoor zero-entry pool, outdoor pool with a waterfall bridge, hot tub, kids splash pad, tennis court, basketball hoop, fitness room, racquetball court, and sauna. The complex also offers free wireless internet building-wide.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
