Spacious 3 Bedroom Condo on the 2nd Floor With Ocean Views!

***The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #211...You'll love this spacious 3BR/2BA Beachfront Condo. It has everything you'll need for a pleasurable and enjoyable vacation. You'll love the beautiful ocean views and pool views from both the living room and master bedroom! Both rooms have sliding glass door entrances to your gulf front balcony, equipped with a patio table and chairs. You'll enjoy sipping your morning coffee or having a glass of wine at sunset on the balcony while taking in the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico.

If you plan to cook while you're visiting, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. And, there's plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining area for your entire group. If you don't plan to cook, there are numerous local restaurants serving delicious fresh seafood from the gulf!

A king size bed (new mattress set purchased June, 2022) and a flat screen television await you in the master bedroom! There are two full size beds (new mattresses March 2022) in the 2nd bedroom and a queen size bed (new mattress March 2022) in the 3rd bedroom (linens are provided). A full sized washer and dryer are also in the condo for your use.

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

View was amazing. Had some rainy days so having the indoor pool was a huge plus with the kids. Beds were very comfortable. Elevators are quick and building is well kept. Definitely recommend.

The location was great and the condo had all the amenities that we wanted and needed including a pool indoor and outdoor. The boardwalk was being worked on but there was another one close by which made walking to the beach easy.

Had an amazing time here with my kids. My only critique is that when they close the outdoor pool to weather they also close the indoor pool too. Apparently the pipes are connected. That was one of the main reasons I booked was for the indoor pool. So was highly disappointed when my kids were stuck inside.

Lovely and clean condo

We had a great time during our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the whole condo felt clean. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. It was a nice relaxing experience.

Labor Day weekend

We stayed Labor Day weekend and it was great! It’s close to food and shopping. The cleaning service could do better. But overall it was a very good place to stay. We will come back to this condo for future visits. Owner responded quickly to all emails.

The condo was spacious and attractive, with a nice deck area. The views of the pool and beach were beautiful. There were only a couple of very minor issues that prevented me from giving an excellent rating. The pillows were not comfortable, so they could have invested a little in better pillows to bring the comfort level up a notch. Secondly, it was a challenge to find wall plugs that were usable to charge electronic devices. I realize that most of their power was activated by wall switches, but there were a couple of conveniently placed wall plugs that I could never get to work, regardless of the wall switches. Of course, as I stated, these were minor inconveniences, and overall we had a wonderful stay.

Great get away

It was a great time. The only thing was the parking situation which couldnt be helped.. only 2 cars can park on property. We had 3 but we used off site parking. Check in staff was very friendly.. We had to have medicine overnighted to us and the handling of that was superb. The place is well secured with security staff. Felt very safe. I would definitely consider going back. Great experience
