Incredible cabin like townhome located on the golf course. A large deck overlooking the green on hole #2 at Trillium Links that has FULL TRILLIUM CLUB ACCESS with an additional fee. The Club is closed from after Thanksgiving to May 1st, with only Indoor Tennis and Fitness available. Close to Cashiers, Highlands, Lake glenville, and Lake Toxaway! Has everything you need for a perfect getaway!!

Rustic cabin feel with the luxury of Trillium. This townhouse is the second floor and includes the full second and third floor! 3 bedrooms. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 twins. 3 full bathrooms, the master has a bathtub and shower, and the other two full baths have showers! Large deck with dining table and chairs to relax and watch the golfers or curl up with a book. Large Gas Grill , Patio Heater and Large Gas Fire Pit Set. Great fully equipped kitchen and eating area as well as a wood burning fireplace to enjoy. Walking distance to the Trillium clubhouse. Discounts offered for weekly and monthly rentals.

Yes, amenities were perfect. We did a lot of holiday cooking and the kitchen was well appointed. The unusually warm days meant we could use the deck and outdoor fire pit, both of which were very nice.

Wonderful and comfortable property. Extremely clean. Owner was immediately responsive to any questions. Beautiful golf course location. Highly recommend. The only difficulty may be for the disabled or elderly due to the many steps to the entry.

Cashiers Stay

We loved every minute of our stay! The home was just as described in the listing. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable and the showers were piping hot! The terrace was perfect for the cool evenings. Derek was a responsive and gracious host. We will definitely be back! The location is absolutely perfect!

Great 3 Night Mountain Getaway!

We had so much fun at Trillium! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us, with ample space and privacy for another couple. The fabulous wraparound porch overlooking Hole #2 was our favorite spot! The beds were super-comfy and the bathrooms were nice…especially the downstairs master. Although we didn’t cook much, the kitchen was spacious and well-appointed.We had everything we needed, including access to a Sonos speaker for some ambience at cocktail hour! We enjoyed the club amenities with our guest pass…golf course, pickleball, swimming pool, and a lovely dinner on the porch at the clubhouse. Trillium is beautifully landscaped. It is very hilly, but the condo is close enough to walk to the pool and clubhouse. We ventured out to Cashiers and Highlands for dinners out and a little shopping…only a short drive away. We also rented a pontoon for a couple hours on gorgeous Lake Glenville! Derek was a great host and communicated well. We highly recommend this property and would enjoy an opportunity to visit again! Just a side note…being on the 2nd floor gave us a very nice view to the golf course, but the steps leading to the entrance could be too much for some folks. Our group had no issues.

Great Mountain Golf Course Property

Well appointed rental house on a mountain golf course. The beds are all king or queen so technically sleeps 6 but people are in the same bed. Great rustic cabin feel, great deck. Perfect for a family weekend.

Relaxing getaway!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this mountain home overlooking the golf course. We were both in need of a relaxing getaway and this home and it's location in the beautiful Trillium community was great. We were able to get in a couple of rounds of late season golf on the beautiful and challenging golf course. We had just missed the Fall crowds as most people had departed just prior to our arrival so we had the golf course practically to ourselves. The home has the rustic vibe that we love, great large wrap around porch overlooking the golf course. We loved having a fire in the fireplace during the cool evenings!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained. Just note there are quite a few stairs and a the walkway consists of a few large spaced out rocks, this can be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Beautiful Golf View!

I was very fortunate to find this beautiful property located in Trillium golf club. Derek is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and organized. The large porch has a beautiful view of the golf course. You will love staying in this quite and peaceful condo. Trillium is great! I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic NC Mountain Getaway

My family and I had such a wonderful time at this condo on Trillium Links. The condo is on the second floor of a two-floor unit and has beautiful lofted ceilings. The wrap-around deck has fantastic views of the second hole of Trillium Links. We enjoyed using the golf course, tennis courts, and swimming pool. It was an easy drive into Cashiers and into Highlands for meals and hikes. The place was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Derek also checked in with me several times while we were there. We all had a great time!

Why they chose this property

When we came to this area of NC for the first time we fell in love with the weather and beautiful scenery. Being nature lovers, this place is paradise and we had to have a place here to spend primarily summers when it's hot in Florida. When we found Trillium and it's beautiful Golf Course, Tennis Courts and other Amenities we were sold and purchased our home here. It's only a short drive to the Asheville Airport if you need to fly in and centrally located for all the local attractions.

What makes this property unique

Our home is conveniently located inside Trillium Links and Lake Club on the Second Hole.
You can walk to the Clubhouse, Pool and Tennis Courts. Lake Glenville and the Landings Restaurant is a 5 min drive. Cashiers Shopping and Restaurants are only 5 miles, and Highlands is a 20 min drive.
