Our two-story home is situated on the 14th green of the Trillium Links & Lake Club with convenient access to Lake Glenville (5 minutes), downtown Cashiers (10 minutes), and downtown Highlands (25 minutes). Roads to the home are paved and well-maintained.
The upper level of the house features:
*Large covered porch with outdoor gas fireplace and propane grill - firewood and propane provided.
*Open living room with indoor gas fireplace, Smart TV (for access to YouTube, Amazon prime video, Netflix, etc.), and lots of toys for kids!
*Open concept dining room with seating for eight.
*Fully-stocked kitchen with two bar seats. Regular drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, nespresso vertuo machine, and milk frother.
*Powder half bathroom.
*Primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, and full en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stand up shower.
*Retractable baby gate at the top of the stairs to keep children and pets on the upper level.
The lower level includes:
*Family room with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV (for access to YouTube, Amazon prime video, Netflix, etc.), wet bar with sink and mini fridge, keyboard piano, table with seating for two, and full washer/dryer.
*Second primary bedroom with king bed, closet, and full en suite bathroom.
*Kids bedroom with two twin beds, two trundle beds, closet, and full en suite bath.
We provide the following baby/kid items: full size crib with extra sheets, clip on high chair, hiking backpack, baby monitor, bed rails, white noise machine, single and double strollers, go pod, and toys. We have a tension baby gate available at the bottom of the stairs to keep children and pets on the lower level. The house sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably (2 king beds, 2 twin beds) and 3-5 children (2 twin beds, two trundle beds, 1 crib).
Fiber optic (fast 100Mbs!) internet makes the house a great place to work remotely. We are able to make Zoom/Teams video calls, watch Netflix, etc.
ABOUT TRILLIUM:
Guests have optional access to Trillium club amenities for an additional fee, which is paid by the guest to Trillium directly upon arrival. The amenity fee covers all of the guests staying at the house.
*April - November: $50/day or $200/week. Summer amenities include golf (guest responsible for cart/green fees), indoor gym, indoor and outdoor tennis, outdoor pool, outdoor pickleball and croquet, lakefront activities (boats, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards) and dining. Please confirm open amenities for your stay prior to booking.
*December - March: $10/day or $50/week. The only amenity available in the winter is the Apple Orchard Park (indoor gym, indoor tennis, and indoor sauna).

CLEANING GUIDELINES:
We offer contact-less check-in.
We have a professional cleaning company that cleans and disinfects the entire home after each stay and we ensure they follow the CDC guidelines for disinfecting high-touch surfaces, washing laundry on the warmest setting, and drying laundry completely.
We have extra antibacterial cleaning wipes under the kitchen sink for guests and antibacterial soap at each sink for hand washing.
We encourage removing shoes when entering the property.
