The house is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: Lamballe (15 km)
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport (48 km)

Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

To access your accommodation, you can choose between :

- Independent arrival: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 4 chemin romain 22400 Saint-Alban, access by car, usually on your way to Pléneuf-Val-André. If you use public transport, choose a physical reception.

- A physical welcome: in this case, you'll be greeted on site by the Cocoonr team, who will show you around the apartment, share useful tips and hand over the keys.
