Here you'll enjoy an exclusive free shuttle service available through a smartphone app that picks you up at your driveway and drops you off just feet from the Arrowhead chairlift (as close to ski-on ski-off as you can get). Plus, there are memorable views of the Arrowhead Golf Course, and you can see Castle Peak from anywhere on the backside of the house. The home is also just far enough away from the mountain to receive a lot of natural light.

The first floor of this home features one bedroom with a space heater, a baseboard heating unit, and an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, plus another baseboard heating unit. There is also a nice relaxing spot equipped with a sectional sofa, another full bathroom with a heating unit, a tub/shower combo, and direct access to the patio. The patio is partially covered with two Adirondack chairs and a brand-new private outdoor hot tub, perfect for bubbly afternoons. Climb up the stairs and you'll encounter the second level of the home where one bedroom with an en suite full bath, a nice balcony, and the laundry room await! This room features a flatscreen TV with cable and streaming capabilities and a delightful en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub.

Last but not least, the third level of the home will be waiting for you! This level offers an open concept that is spacious and bright, seamlessly combining the living room, the dining area, and the kitchen. The living room is the ultimate gathering spot with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, a small desk, a sofa, two armchairs, baseboard heat units, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen smart TV with cable. From here, you'll have access to a small balcony equipped with two rocking chairs, a great place to relax if you need some time on your own. The dining area has a gorgeous eight-person dining table for family meals. Let your creativity flow once you step inside the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise everyone with mouth-watering meals! Equipped with a French-door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and modern cookware, cooking will be a breeze. The third level also has a bedroom and one full bathroom. The bedroom boasts two beds while the full bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

You'll be staying in a family-friendly gated community in Arrowhead and you'll enjoy easy access to the Arrowhead lift. This charming retreat is equidistant from Edwards and Avon, making any trip just a short drive away. Downtown Avon is two miles away, boasting plenty of dining options, convenience stores, Loaded Joe's (a great coffee spot), Avon Bakery & Deli (to sweeten your stay), and Christy Sports Ski & Patio, in case you need to rent gear and clothes to try your hand at the slopes of the Beaver Creek Resort (less than four miles away). Stream fishing and hiking are also very popular in the area, and you're close to hiking trails and fly fishing on the Eagle River.

There are two adult bikes available for guest use (including a baby carrier).
A Pack-N-Play and age-appropriate games, books, and toys are available for younger guests.
The home features a free on-demand ski shuttle that picks up from the front door and drops off directly at Arrowhead Lift. This is available during the winter months when the ski lifts are open.
Please note that this home does not include central AC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring video doorbell installed on the exterior of the garage door for added security (above the garage door keypad).

Ski shuttle details: The home has a free on-demand ski shuttle that picks up from the front door and drops off directly at Arrowhead lift. This is available during the winter months when the ski lifts are open.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
