With a fantastic locale in a quiet neighborhood alongside the EagleVail Golf Course, this home boasts an entirely renovated interior with a new kitchen, living area, and deck. No matter the time of year, find a wide array of outdoor recreation within a close drive. Take in mountain views from almost every room. The main living area features an open layout with picture windows, exposed beams, and wood floors. Unwind for movie nights on the smart TV in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the welcoming living area.

A pristine kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances. Warmer days are ideal for utilizing the gas grill and dining alfresco on the mountain-view deck. The ground floor is home to one bedroom, one bathroom, and a second living area with two bunk beds and a TV. The top floor is where you will find the main suite, which offers an en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV, as well as two additional bedrooms and one more bathroom. Added perks of this family-friendly duplex include a two-car garage, a mudroom, games, a Pack ‘n Play, and an extra refrigerator.

Perfect house, amazing location

Love this cozy snow house, the living and kitchen areas are awesome, it's really well located between Vail and Beaver Creek, and the house overall is big with 4 bedrooms and the extra bunks downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property

Great property. Was the perfect size and layout for our group. We were all very comfortable and could be together or spread out as needed. Location was a short drive to either Beaver Creek or Vail and we skied both during our stay. Would recommend and definitely stay again

This property is amazing!

You will not be disappointed when you book this place and stay here! Our daughter got married right at the Eagle-Vail pavilion and this house was perfect. Very clean upon arrival. The kitchen is awesome. Just as a fair warning, the crows have an early meeting every morning on the golf course😂We would definitely book the house again, an amazing house!!

Much more room than expected, perfect place to stay for ski trip.

We had 7 uncles and nephews together for a ski weekend, so sleeping arrangements were important. Having 4 bedrooms plus the bunk room worked out perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked to make meals and the YouTube TV and Netflix setup on the TV's gave plenty of options during lounge time. The bathrooms are needing updating, but functional for a guys trip. Will rent there again next season.
