Conveniently located across from Kamaole Beach III in the beautiful town of Kihei, this Kamaole Sands condo includes air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cable TV, a telephone, free WiFi, and a private lanai among its many amenities. An in-suite safe is also available. Four tennis courts, eight gas-grill areas, a fully-equipped gym, and ample free parking can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds. Enjoy a cool swim in the heated pool, soothe your muscles in one of two hot tubs, play Ping-Pong or foosball at the poolside game room, or take a leisurely stroll across the street to enchanting Kamaole Beach Park III. Here you’ll find a beautiful sandy beach that is excellent for snorkeling, scuba diving, swimming, sunset views, and whale watching. Families with kids will want to visit the large park with a playground adjacent to the beach. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away from your doorstep, and you can enjoy a workout in the exercise room on the property.

We love this location right across from the beach. This is an end unit so it was very quiet. We’ve always been able to find a shady spot at the pool. We used the supplied chairs and cooler almost every day. The extra fans were appreciated and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.

Great vacation

The condo was clean and well stocked. The location was close to the beach and many good restaurants. The pool did not seem heated, but maybe it was. We enjoyed the Road to Hana on multiple days during this trip. It was easy to access from Kihei.

Girls Family Trip

We were lucky enough to enjoy a stay at your place for my grandmas 80th birthday and it was lovely. Beautiful condo with everything you need, perfect location, and so comfortable. We loved the view from the lanai each day. The whole process was great and we would definitely stay here again. Until next time Maui. Mahalo.

We had a lovely stay at this condo for our trip. When we arrived there was a lovely gift basket full of local treats for us to try and the owners had provided a binder that they have made for guests with tips and tricks for your island stay as well as amazing places to eat. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. they even had some beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkeling gear for our use. we would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. the grounds at Kamaole Sands were also immaculately kept and so beautiful.

We have made many trips to Kihei and stayed at several condo buldings there. PROS: Kam Sands is one of the better complexes, with a large and lively pool. Your kids can meet other kids. This unit is somewhat rare in that it has two enclosed bedrooms, versus one bedroom and an open loft as the second BR. This unit is decently updated. Vacasa mgmt made logistics easy. Kitchen supplied pretty well, and chairs, boogie boards, sand toys in outside closet. CONS: this is one of the only units in the entire complex with ZERO view from its lanai, which is blocked by large palm trees. Its lanai is also directly above the office area used by the complex's landscaping crew. They arrived early every day and were quite loud. You also get a fair bit of noise from people walking by below the lanai, given the unit is located on a corner. The TVs in this unit are small and old (not smart, other than the living room). This may not matter, as you are in Maui after all. But we were there during holiday college football, and were underwhelmed compared to what our other family members had in other units. Washing machine is loud AF. A/C unit also old and loud.

Regarding the noise mentioned, the home is located within a larger condominium complex, and we do not manage other units or guests staying elsewhere on the property. The complex does have posted quiet hours and community guidelines, and guests are asked to follow those rules during their stay. We also want to note that the unit is accurately listed with a garden and mountain view rather than an ocean view, which reflects the landscaping and surrounding areas visible from the lanai. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your comments with the appropriate teams as we continue working to improve the guest experience.

Perfect spot!

The location of this condo was perfect. We loved the small beach right across the road. It was great for snorkeling and paddleboarding in the morning and boogie boarding in the afternoon. We also liked being in South Kihei with quick access to several really nice beaches a short drive down the road. The pool was great and the grounds and gardens were beautifully manicured. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We never turned on the AC, as the fans and windows kept it a great temp. We liked it being an end unit close to the stairs. And, we really appreciated being able to use the umbrella, chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards! We didn't want to leave.

Kamaole Sands is such a beautiful property, the gardens are so well kept, it really is lovely. Love the location, right across the street from great swimming beaches, close to shops and restaurants. Condo was large and comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed. Great spot.

Family vacation

We had a fabulous time. The property was perfect for our stay. It was nice having twin beds in the one room so our kids didn’t have to worry the whole sharing a bed. Now that they are older they are not happy with that idea. This place had everything we needed and we would definitely stay again.
