Come experience this unique spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fourth floor lofted condo in building #8. Our condo offers complete air conditioning ! Our split air-conditioning system allows you to feel comfortable year round. This dramatic, updated and upscale unique, freshly painted two level floor plan has many updates and upgrades to offer. Our kitchen is spectacular with new cabinets, granite countertops, lighting, floor tile throughout and provides you a spacious easy walk through floor plan. 2025 Master Bedroom had LV installed. Our remodeled Master Bedroom offers new built in dresser. Our Master Bath has been completely updated with new tiled step into floor, shower, vaniety and lighting.
Our second bedroom in the loft, has two new extended length twin beds, new carpet installed in 2025. The completely remodeled and updated loft bedroom area has its own fully remodeled tiled bathroom with step into shower.
All interior doors have been replaced with 6 panel doors.
Wall mounted TV's in the living room, and both bedrooms.
Along with newly upgraded ceiling fans throughout the condo. The remodeled kitchen has mahogany custom built cabinets. The condo has 30' Vaulted Ceilings in the living room, upstairs loft area and main floor bedroom areas which create a large spacious open feeling. Looking for a 2nd condo for family and friends? The Kamaole Sands Resort property is conveniently located in sunny, south Kihei, just a few minutes away from the beautiful upscale area of Wailea. Our condo is directly across from Kamaole Beach III in the south Kihei area of Maui and we are close to the upscale Shops of Wailea, which offer many great restaurants and world class golfing in the beautiful Wailea and Makena areas. The Kamaole Sands Resort property also has tennis and pickleball courts on site for guest use and enjoyment.
The resort also offers a information and sign up opportunities on many island activities and attractions at their information desk located at the poolside information desk for all resort guests assistance.
On Wednesday afternoons enjoy free local Maui music at the Kamaole Sands Resort own pool area with live music from 3-4:45 PM.

Our building is conveniently located to the resort swimming pools and hot tubs and to Kamaole Beach II and III. These beaches are very family friendly, complete with staffed lifeguards and are well known for snorkeling, body surfing and beautiful sunsets.

The condo was very well stocked from the kitchen to the restrooms and cleaning supplies. It feels like home and while some things were used nothing was worn out. Communication with the owner was wonderful during the stay and responses to inquiries were very prompt. We were allowed a later checkout, which helped as we had an evening flight, which we were very grateful for! There was a total of three adults and two teenagers which we felt very comfortable throughout our stay in this unit.

For a family with 2, 3 or 4 children, or for two couples who want to share expenses our condo works great. You can save the expense of needing 2 hotel rooms, which will only allow 4 guests in one room. If you enjoy the beach as our daughters do, Kamaole Beach I, II and III are just across from our resort property !

The Kamaole Sands Resort offers a terrific location in South Maui. Located just minutes from Wailea and the beautiful golf courses of the Wailea area. The Kamaole Beaches I, II, and III are wonderful for families and safe along with offering lifeguards for an additional sense of ocean safety. The Kamaole Sands Resort property is well cared for and managed. If you choose not to rent a car, you are able to walk to nearby restaurants and Kamaole Beachs I & II located approx. 3-4 blocks away.
