You can’t beat this convenient location, just a few minutes from all the Kihei shopping and restaurants and also a few minutes from the luxury of Wailea Resort area and the famous Shops at Wailea.

**Safety and cleanliness procedures implemented may be adjusted in consideration of local practices, government requirements and guidance, and the situation where the condo is located.

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to heavy surf, strong currents and tides. Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants’ stay.

Incredible vacation!
The space was ideal for our family to relax, adventure, and make life-long memories! Great responsiveness from property managers. This is a perfect place to enjoy Maui!

It was ok....
The unit was a good size and fit our family of 5 well. The kitchen was well stocked and had the essentials needed to "eat from home". The grounds were nice and the staff was friendly. There is major construction going on in the complex, so machinery and people were present. The photos are a bit deceiving, the unit has been remodeled but it doesn't seem like it was recently, as finishes and surfaces are very well used and dirty/broken. The unit wasn't very clean in general- we removed our shoes when we arrived, as asked, and soon after discovered that our feet were black with dirt- there was also hair in the shower and all over the floor of the loft, there were things left under the beds. The furniture was stained and dirty looking. This was discouraging given the large cleaning deposit we paid. The location of the complex is great, easy walking to attractions in Kihei- and easy beach access. The condo is located at the back of the complex, with the deck overlooking a street (there is an ocean view in the distance which is nice). This street had several camper vans and cars using it has a place to camp/live. Most of the time it was quiet but we did see a few interactions that made us uncomfortable and the police were there once talking to campers.
