Die Unterkunft war etwas ausserhalb der historischen Altstadt aber fußläufig in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Check in und der check out haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Alles war soweit sauber, die 2 Badezimmer für 3 Schlafzimmer waren für uns perfekt. Lediglich der Backofen könnte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung gebrauchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend, bei uns hatte die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Das Problem wurde sofort behoben.

Das Elsass ist eine sehr schöne Gegend zum Erholen, Weintrinken und Fahrradfahren!

Das Haus ist von der Anlage her sehr schön, leider etwas lieblos gepflegt und ausgestattet! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum mit dem Fahrrad ohne Probleme zu bewältigen!

Thank you for your comment. However, I don't quite understand. This is basically our home, and the furniture is quite high-end and well-made. Regarding maintenance, I don't understand either. The garden is maintained, as is the pool, twice a week. Only the bamboo is left to grow "freely" to preserve the natural feel. Inside, everything seems clean to me...

Bemerkung zum Haus

Es gibt einen Untermieter im Haus, der in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wird. Die Außenanlagen ist nicht besonders gepflegt. (Bepflanzung nicht zurückgeschnitten, Treppe am Eingang waren die Fliesen kaputt). Kameras sind im Aussenbereich (Terrasse ) installiert

The subtenant who is clearly mentioned in the advert is in fact the owner who is present from time to time in a house located in a basement « sous-plex » and completely independent. He has no view of the rented house and even the garden is not shared. There is therefore no inconvenience caused. We deliberately leave the bamboos high enough to preserve privacy for our customers. In this way, it isolates the house well from the neighbours on the street. Indeed, there is a corner of a step of a tiled floor on the main staircase that is damaged. The cameras on the terrace are fake and mentioned in the advert as well.

Un séjour très agréable au cœur de l'Alsace

Même si nous ne les avons jamais rencontrés, les hôtes sont disponibles et sympathiques. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions et photos. La région est parfaite pour un séjour en famille, à quelques minutes de la montagne des singes ou d'europa-park, par exemple.

Ordentliches Haus doch Anzeige auf Fewo falsch

Wir haben das Haus nur wegen dem Pool gebucht und auf Fewo-direkt stand nirgendwo dass er nur von Mitte Juni bis Mitte September genutzt werden kann! Ein Whirlpool gibt es auch nicht!

Il est bien indiqué dans l’annonce que la piscine est disponible du 15 juin au 15 septembre. Dans tous les cas à la période à laquelle vous êtes venus (fin mai), les nuits étaient encore à 8 degrés donc la baignade aurait été difficile…
