This 1050 Sq Ft spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite is one of the largest in the Grande Rockies Resort
Fully furnished suite is a quiet corner unit on the third floor and has all the amenities to make a family vacation or romantic getaway unforgettable.
The location is perfectly convenient: walk across the street to get bike rental and grocery shopping done, and 5 minutes walk to downtown Canmore and various restaurants.
· 1-King size bed in the master bedroom, 1-Queen size in the second bedroom, and a pull out couch located in the living room, this unit can comfortably sleep 6 people.

This unit is in the Grande Rockies, a highly sought after hotel resort complex boasting a laundry list of amenities:

Parking is limited in Canmore especially during high season May-September. Your condo has one dedicated parking spot available.
If you are bringing more than one vehicle you will have to find street parking nearby or in the Town of Canmore paid parking lots. This is beyond our control. We do appreciate your understanding of this.

2.) to enter the building go thru the front doors past the Grande Restaurant turn LEFT,
3.) Take the elevator to the third floor
Use the entry code provided in the entry instructions.

Walk across the street to new Rocky Mountain Bagel Co or Le fournil Bakery for fresh baked goods and excellent coffee.

Construction notice November - April
Please note The Grande Rockies Resort will be undergoing roofing works in the Spring of 2026 . During this time there will be intermittent closures of the hot tub and pool area, we are waiting to hear of the exact dates and will provide them when available. Please understand this affects the whole resort and is beyond our control. Whilst these works should not affect the beautiful views available from the condo, it is possible there will be noise and dust disruptions. Should you have concerns or questions please reach out as we will be happy to provide any answers we can or suggest suitable alternate accommodations.

This was a great property for the 4 of us! Spacious and clean
Condo was perfect for our 2 night stay. Did not use kitchen so can’t comment on it. Lots of sitting area by TV. Enjoyed morning coffee in balcony with view of mountains. Walked to Main St restaurants.
The listing was accurate and even the pullout bed was comfortable. Loved the pool and the fact that the location was easily walkable to downtown. Really enjoyed our stay at this nice listing!
Nice location and the views are awesome. Pool was Great for the kids, the space was clean and well taken care of. The whole families agrees that we would stay here again

Was a wonderful guest communicated very well during their stay. We were very happy to host as they treated our place with respect and left it very clean after check-out.
This place is ideal for a Banff vacation. The location is walking distance to great restaurants. The condo had everything we wanted, including a grill on the balcony with beautiful views. The swimming pool and hot tub were so nice after a full day's hike. The property manager was very accessible for any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property was exactly as stated on VRBO...thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Perfect for 4 adults and small children.
Very clean and well equipped you basically do not to worry for anything. If i had to ppint out an area to improve would be the pillows were a bit overstuffed.

Place was comfortable for our family (2 adults, 1 teen) and had everything we needed for a short stay in Canmore to visit family. Our only concern was noise in other parts of the property (the unit above us and in the hallway), which is not controllable by the local owner, of course. Communication was quick and easy when we had questions, and the unit had all the amenities that were advertised. We would stay again.
The condo was very nice. Quite large with a nice balcony and great mountain views. What was really great was the customer service. The property managers let me change this reservation twice and I also had a minor issue getting into the suite, and I called them and someone answered right away and helped me. Thank you!

It was ok. Sofas were well-worn. One of the bathroom had a diaper hanging on the shower curtain rod.
The location was conveniently located in Camore. Walking distance to many places to eat and shop. The indoor pool, waterslide and indoor/outdoor hottub was a family delight. This unit was corner until which offers lots of window views of the mountains and bigger condo that felt roomy not crapped. The two full baths are a must with families. I would rate our stay 9.5 out of 10. I provided feedback to the unit manager that several mugs had chips on the edge and safe battery was dead (and unusable during our stay). Otherwise. it would have been a 10 out 10.
