Newly finished basement with 2 bedrooms and everything is brand new. Very good location near O'Hare airport which is 20 minutes away. Rosemont Convention Center and Fashion Outlet with many brand stores and restaurants is 10 minutes away. Close to the HIP MALL with Starbucks, Target, and many small food places (0.5 miles away). 3 miles to public transport - Blue Line. 20 min To Downtown Chicago. No parties allowed. No smoking. No same city booking.

This location was perfect for my time in Chicago to help family. It is located near HIP shopping center, close to restaurants and grocery stores. My host was very friendly and helpful. The unit itself was spotless and very well equipped, with washer and dryer.Parking was out front of unit.

Beautifully remodeled basement. Great location to city or suburbs, safe neighborhood. Comfortable bed , stayed cool in the heat wave. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay here was wonderful! The place was cozy and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly nice and greeted me warmly upon arrival. She even offered some healthy food for my small dog to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout my stay, she was very responsive and overall just super sweet and kind. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Chicago Stay

Though it was farther from the city than we usually stay, the commute by car and public transportation wasn't too bad. Loved the cute neighborhood and the inside was beautiful and welcoming. We would definitely stay again if we are looking for something a bit away from the hustle of the city.

We had an amazing experience at this property! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making the whole process stress-free. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, exactly as described in the listing (if anything, even better in person!).The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Great stay

Property owner was nothing but amazing! Always answered all the questions I asked almost immediately. And was very easy to work with. Location is close to o’Hare airport so the drive is not far. And is about 30-45 minutes (depending on traffic) to get to downtown Chicago. Train station and food court is near by aswell! I would recommend!

Clean and cozy garden apartment in Chicago

This unit was accurately listed and pictured - it was clean and nicely decorated. The hosts do live upstairs, so be mindful that you will hear movement during your stay, but it's reasonable. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Emilia was responsive to any and all messages I sent during the stay.

Chicago neighborhood

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. The owner of the property was easy to communicate with and responded immediately when we had questions. The apartment is modern, clean, and well equipped. The property is secured, with cameras and locks for the gates, doors and windows. It is located in an area convenient to restaurants, shopping and transportation. We will definitely use this property again.

NICE STAY IN THE BASEMENT

The host were wonderful people and the place was very clean. However, there is an annoying neighbor who said things about the host that we did not care to hear the 1st night. We did experience internet & wifi connection problems. And because you are in the basement you will hear them walking above you. If you are a hard sleeper then it shouldn't bother you.

Cute and Super Clean

This basement apartment is very cute and very clean. It appears newly remodeled with a nice kitchen and new appliances. Great neighborhood with nearby shopping and restaurants. One negative for us was that half of the ceilings are low, and my 6’4” husband hit his head or had to duck - a lot. You can move freely if you’re under 6’.

We had a very comfortable stay at this unit. It's in the basement, but it has a separate entrance and has all the necessary amenities. Communicating with Emilia was quick and easy.
