Perfect for a memorable getaway with your family or friends. Spend the days swimming or exploring the lake on a kayak or paddleboat. Spend the evenings grilling, watching the sunset on the patio or hanging out by the firepit.
Lots of outdoor areas to socialize or to spend time alone. For the kids there is a playground with two swings and a slide. There are lake toys and floaties in the lake shed. This includes 2 convertible kayaks that can hold either 1 or 2 people each (great for 1 adult and 1 kid) and a paddleboat that can seat 4, perfect for cruising around the lake and checking out the wildlife in the lake or stopping by the community swim float in the cove.

If you want to spend time on land, there is a hammocks by the lake. There is a gazebo on the side of the house which is great for sipping coffee and reading a book in the mornings. There is a large deck overlooking the lake with a grill which is perfect to gather for an afternoon barbecue or sunset dinner.

The house itself also has lots of space. There are 5 bedrooms. One master on the upper level and three downstairs, along with a play room. There is another "hidden" bedroom in the loft, along with a peloton bike, for those who need to keep their steak going ;). There are two office spaces. One on the main floor next to the master and one in the loft.

All the bathrooms in the house have been recently remodeled with new tubs, sinks, toilets, modern, high-end fittings, Italian marble and heated floors.
For rest and relaxation, there is a main living room overlooking the lake. There is another sitting room with French sliding doors and a fireplace so you can feel like you are outside in the forest while sitting by the fireplace and sipping coffee until it’s time for cocktails. Last, there is a game room with a TV, card table and bar, a place for the grown-ups to play while the kids are asleep.
There is also a two car covered garage which guests can use to park.

Please note that swimming in the lake and using the trampoline are at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty, and safety precautions should be taken at all times. We encourage all guests to supervise children closely and use their best judgment when enjoying these amenities.
