Recent visit to Atlanta with group of great friends for the Commanders/Falcons game. Our stay at the property was excellent from reservation process through check-out. Communication with the host throughout our stay was excellent and very responsive to our needs. We were 6 guys so we had the top floor apartment. It is nice, large and quite comfortable. Great location, just a few minutes from the stadium and downtown. The neighborhood appears to be transitioning but we never felt unsafe. A plug for Augies Cafe close by for excellent breakfast.Thanks for a great stay!!

Great Memorial weekend getaway

Beautiful home away from home

Had a wonderful stay. The house is tastefully decorated..spacious and very clean! The owners were very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend this property. We were a family of 7 visiting. Ample room and very close to all attractions. We came for our son’s graduation at Georgia Tech. The property is very close to the University and other attractions . Will give a 5 star rating! Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great house for a group

We brought a group to a conference and it was a good setup for us. Shannon was responsive the entire time and answered our questions quickly. The beds were comfortable and the pictures were accurate. The neighborhood was okay. We didn't feel unsafe in it, but just a few blocks away did. The other thing is this is the top of a house, so if someone rents the bottom you'll need to watch your noise. This wasn't an issue for us, but we were conscious of it.

Great Place to Rent

I look forward to renting in the future! Wins: The property is in a quiet West End neighborhood on a well-lit corner lot. The home was spacious, clean, and airy. The upstairs wing has two nice-sized bedrooms and one full bathroom with two sinks. The main level has a bath and a half. The home has plenty of space to move around, so your family and friends can enjoy the property. We were able to add an extra half-day at a minute's notice, and I appreciate Shannon being receptive to our request. Opportunities: the curtains throughout the property could be refreshed to give it a more pleasant feel. The landscaping and front porch furniture should be updated so that you can extend places for your guests to enjoy.

Best Christmas ever

My family and I, have had several deaths in our family the past few months leaving us torn. And Holliday's are always special for us, so we decided on A Quick getaway to ATL, the home was absolutely beautiful as the pictures on line. The family room and kitchen was very large and accommodating. The bedrooms were huge and unique & comfy. OMG the Showers & claw foot tub just made you feel in another world. The front porch made us feel like we were at a family reunion with all of us together on it. And of course we took advantage of the beautiful stairs for family photos. Can't wait to go back to ATL, oh btw the owner and host were amazing and checked on us all weekend.

Hello Me and my 4 best friends really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has plenty of space. And rooms were very nice and clean. There’s only a few things I would change. First I would put blinds up for comfort. Being that the neighborhood looked suspect . To be a little on the not so good side. Also I would spend a little bit to get a new sectional. Being that one looks to be a little run down. And also get more rooms with televisions. That’s no so much important than the others. Being that said would I stay again, yes. This time it was a all guys trip. If we had taken our wives. The blinds would have been a major factor for them. But if I hate to rate the apartment. I would give 8 out of 10. Just a few things to let you know.

We do have blackout/light filtering curtains on all windows for privacy and sleeping in late comfortably, and we are planning to add a few more TVs and even another master suite on the third level this fall !
