Spacious unit is in the heart of Ocean City, located at 9th and Central, one of the best on the island, next to downtown shops and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Completely reconstructed in 2009, this beautiful 3rd floor is 4 Bedroom, 2.0 Baths (1,600 square feet) and comfortably sleeps 10. Unit has a private elevator that opens directly into living area (no steps inside the unit, or up to the elevator).

Unit is fully furnished and loaded with all the luxuries of home including hardwood floors, central air conditioning, full size W/D, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer), free WiFi, Comcast Cable, 50” flat screen TV, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms, modern furniture and upgraded bedding.

Outside deck is appointed with a lovely conversational set featuring superior Sunbrella cushions. Unit also INCLUDES:

- 7 Beach Chairs
- 10 Beach tags
- 1 off-street parking space behind the unit (Unit C; middle space)
- 1 paid parking permit for municipal lots 2 blocks away

** Please note that bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels / washclothes, shampoos, soaps, and paper products are the responsibility of the guest and will not be provided to you for your stay. **

Unit is a great location for restaurants, boardwalk activities, amusements, arcades, miniature golf, Music Pier, water slides, etc. (centered between Gillian’s Wonder Pier and Playland’s Castaway Cove). You will not need your car until you are ready to leave!

In case you have more than 2 vehicles, there is a municipal parking lot located across the street. Our friends and family typically park in this metered lot when visiting. We recommend using the ParkMobile app on your mobile device. Set up an account and select ZONE 1334 to manage your parking without ever having to return to your vehicle (can reserve 4-hours at a time during meter times for about $1 to $2).

Ladies weekend

This was the perfect place for us six women to gather and reconnect. The property was well stocked with everyday items and everything we needed to bring was noted in the description before booking so we were well equipped. Jeff made sure checking in and parking instructions were giving since they were a bit complex, and with following his directions made it a breeze. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do so this was perfect for us. And when we did have questions for the owner, he was easily accessible and answered us quickly.

Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and great location

We visited this apartment for a girls weekend. It was perfect. 6 beds and 4 bedrooms. The apartment was spacious and had just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. The apartment was furnished beautifully and stocked with shampoos, soaps and all the 'extra's. so thank you! We did provide our own towels and linens, which is to be expected in most ocean city rentals. The elevator was a plus for getting our items into the unit. The owner was very responsive as well. The only 'negative' is that there is only 1 official spot, although you are also given a parking pass to use. We had 4 cars. Since we were off season we easily found parking on Wesley between 8th and 9th on the streets, but during 'on season' that could be more difficult, but something you can easily find a spot. Once in this apartment you do not have to use your car at all, it is in the middle of downtown with easy access to the supermarket, stores, boutiques, boardwalk and the beach. Thank you again for a great stay!
