Beautifully maintained vacation home! We upgrade annually. Our house is cleaned by an exceptional family of cleaners who have been with us for ten years. We take great pride in making sure that we offer our tenants an immaculate house with many extras and conveniences.

Location, Location, Location! 2 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of Ocean City with unique shops and wonderful restaurants. Check amenity and activity sections to see all that is available. 859 Brighton Place is a first floor unit, offering first floor convenience. Just think, no long steps to climb and an easy walk to the beach! Quiet, wide street. Very large, covered, partially shaded porch is ideal for relaxing after a day on the beach. The front porch is totally enclosed, so it's perfect place for little ones to play. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for eating, visiting and game nights.

859 Brighton Place sleeps 12. Our four beautifully decorated bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10. Two rooms have King beds (78"w x 75"l.) One room has a Queen bed. The fourth room has two Full (also known as Double) beds. Room for two more on the queen sleeper sofa.

We have a spacious master bathroom with a full size walk in shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower, two sinks and a large counter for extra convenience.

You get a lot for your money when you rent our house! We offer many extras that will make your vacation even nicer and more fun. Make your packing easy and don't jam your car full of items you don't need. Beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and sand toys are all included. Unlike other Ocean City rentals, we provided bath towels, hand towels, washcloths. The kitchen is fully stocked - all the usual appliances plus a Kuerig coffee maker, electric griddle, wok, salad spinner, crock pot, toaster oven, steamer and more. 859 Brighton Place has a huge selection of children & family games, toys, books and movies. The living room has a 48" Hi Def flat screenTV and blu-ray player. Each bedroom has a TV and some have a DVD We have cable throughout and premium stations (HBO, STARZ, Cinamax, SHO and Sports Entertainment Package.) Password protected secure wifi included. Beach tags are free.

Parking this close to the beach and boardwalk is always an issue. We have off street parking for three cars - more if you have smaller cars. An outside storage room is available to you and houses the beach gear and bikes for your use. The hot water outdoor shower room is located in the garage and has a locking door for privacy.

We also own the house right next door (863 Brighton Place - VRBO listing # 335219) and the house directly behind (888 4th Street - VRBO listing # 335219.) They are both also first floor four bedroom houses. This is ideal for large family groups that need multiple houses.

We rent only to families. Must be 25 to rent. No senior week/prom rentals. Please do not ask. No pets and no smoking. NOTE: WE ARE NOT AND NEVER HAVE BEEN LISTED ON CRAIG"S LIST. Call for additional info.

859 Brighton was the perfect house for our family! Perfect location, perfect layout, three car parking which was so needed during a crazy busy summer season, and so many extras that they included for their guests! We really appreciated the beach chairs, tags, towels, and bikes! They really thought of everything you would need and it was so appreciated.

Great place, perfect location

I've rented places on the North End for decades, so I can be pretty critical of little shortcomings. This house was wonderful – plenty big enough, very close to the beach and boardwalk, but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. More than that, the extra hour of check-in/check-out time plus the supplied towels made the whole process easier. Highly recommended!

A Shore Thing

We found the home to be as beautiful as the pictures showed and the home was described. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. Everyone had a wonderful time visiting each other. The kids enjoyed the games and books. Warm apple cider donuts topped off our last day. Definitely would stay here again

OC Rental - 859 Brighton

This was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rentals we've stayed at in OC. Beach tags, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and bath towels were a huge bonus that you don't get in other OC rentals. We loved that it was so close to the boardwalk and beach. The owner, Sue, communicated very well and quickly responded to questions. We will definitely be renting from her again.

Enjoyed the property. Property manager was attentive. The only thing we didn't like was having to bring our own sheets and having to wash towels before we left. It made us leave a little later then we were planning on. Cause we all showered before we left.

I'm glad that you liked the house and enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your 5 Star rating. In Ocean City it is customary for tenants to provide linens - both sheets and towels. We do supply towels for the convenience of our tenants, which is very unusual in OC. We do ask that towels be left clean and put away in the linen closet because the cleaners do not have time to do this during change over. This is clearly stated in our Welcome Letter that you received prior to your arrival. I'm sorry if you somehow did not know this. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate it!

Just wonderful

When my family and I arrived, we couldn't believe how great this place was. All the rooms were large, the beds were so comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, a living room couch big enough for all six of us to share. There were TVs in every room, but we all wanted to watch together on the big screen with Netflix and HBO. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The beautiful table seats 6. The porch was the best part with lots of seating, an awning for shade and we could see the beach just 1-1/2 blocks down the street. The porch was my happy place and I was there as much as possible. We were even treated to a big thunderstorm one evening where we all sat on the porch and got to see the whole thing. Exciting - and we were nice and dry. Then there were the beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas and 4 bikes. You couldn't ask for more. We all just loved the place!

We (Rich and Sue) bought 859 Brighton Place in partnership with Pat and Marian, Sue's brother and sister-in-law. All four of us take great pride and pleasure in spending time off season making sure that 859 Brighton Place is in perfect shape for our tenants.

Why they chose this property

Ocean City is simply the perfect place for a vacation! Families come here to relax, reconnect and have fun. We love this end of the island! Brighton Place is peaceful and quiet, but the boardwalk and all it has to offer is just an easy 2-3 minute walk. We love our early morning bike rides and evening strolls on the boardwalk. Our guarded Brighton Place beach is equally close. We think that this is the best location in Ocean City!

We specifically bought a first floor house because we didn't want to carry luggage and tote groceries up flights of steps. We chose Brighton Place because it's an extra wide, quiet, tree lined street. One reason that we fell in love with this house is the wonderful porch, that we've enhanced with new awnings. The porch is huge, with plenty of seating and also room for the kids to play.

859 is the last of our three properties that we purchased. We love that all three of our houses are either next door to each other or back to back.
