The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use: sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Badminton, croquet, and 2 golf bunkers. Volleyball court. A cot is available on request. In summer, heating material for the garden grill can be purchased from the landlord.

Košťálov, 400 mASL. The holiday apartment is located on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is situated right on the border between the Giant Mountains (Spindleruv Mlyn region) and the Bohemian Paradise (Semily region). Therefore, it is very well suited as a starting point for numerous excursions, for example to Spindleruv Mlyn in the Giant Mountains or Mount Kozakov in the Bohemian Paradise. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport and on the property.
