This fabulous, owner managed condominium offers spacious comfort and luxury in a professionally decorated 2 bedrooms and 2 baths Gulf front unit on the 11th floor at Summerchase in central Orange Beach, Alabama.

Summerchase Condominium is conveniently located on the Gulf Coast between Pensacola, Florida and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Everything is located near by; restaurants, grocery stores, golf, Gulf Island National Seashore park, the new WHARF entertainment complex, the US Naval Aviation Museum, boat charters, shopping and much more.

Summerchase offers amenities that include separate outdoor pool and kiddy pool, an indoor pool, solarium with hot tub, fitness room, steam room and sauna, all located on a magnificent white sand beach.

This fantastic unit sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is spacious, comfortable and comes complete with glorious sunrises and sunsets. With 1100 square feet of elegantly-decorated living space plus balcony this unit provides the comfort of a home and the luxury of a resort vacation.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom offers two twin beds. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. The balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom and offers a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and unspoiled sugar white sand beach. If you look closely you can frequently see the dolphins at play in the Gulf below.

End of year getaway

Perfect gem

Clean space, great location on the beach, nice two bedroom that was perfect for the family. The kids loved the pool and the beach. Proximity to food and grocery stores was great.

We loved our stay at Summerchase! Our host, Chuck Cadden, was very responsive each time I reached out to him. The condo was nicely decorated, & the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a great trip, & will consider staying here again in the future!

Great location, close to all the things we love most about Orange Beach. Pool was perfect and cleaned daily. Walk to beach was nice and close. Room was nice and spacious. Perfect for joke family of 4. Will be booking again.

Short vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and the ocean views, spectacular. We did not eat in at all but the kitchen had everything needed. The unit was very clean and the large shower was a plus. It was very convenient to everything.

Great Weekend Retreat

This condo is clean, well-furnished, and well-equipped. We really appreciated the location: beautiful beachfront view, no other high-density condo buildings nearby, so the beach was not crowded, walking distance to CoastAL restaurant, with additional restaurants and a Publix across the street. We also appreciated that the owner provided extensive details about the unit and the area several days prior to check-in.

Terrific property!

The property was amazing and in a perfect location! Chuck was easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in his beautiful condo with terrific views! Would absolutely recommend this unit and property to anyone considering Orange Beach!! The unit was close to the elevator, the primary room and bathroom were gorgeous, and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip!!

We enjoyed the easy parking and access to the beach. The condo was nice especially the master bedroom and bath. The other bedroom had a musty smell and the bathroom seemed outdated. The pillow cases on the beds didn’t smell fresh in either bedroom

Great location, cleanliness sub par

View was great and the location was perfect. Housekeeping does not do a good job with cleaning. Cooking utensils were dirty, coffee table had sticky substance on it. This is an older condo so it has some obvious wear and tear. Otherwise, as advertised. Beach service was great and people were friendly. Loved playing ping pong with my husband and sons.

We had a great trip! The condo was beautiful (especially the kitchen) & had everything needed for a perfect trip. The only negative was parking. However, it was 4th of July week, so it was crowded & it was sometimes difficult to find a place to park. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for couples or families with other children! Mattresses need replaced though.

We love the set up of the Summerchase properties. This rental was no different! The Pros- 1. We love being in the master bedroom with the window open listening to the waves! 2. The check in process was super easy! 3. The rental was right near the elevator so we didn’t have to walk far with all our luggage. 4. The master shower was AMAZING! 5. The property owner gave us their personal cell to contact them if needed! The Cons- 1. The furniture and decorating was a little outdated. The online listing says it was professionally decorated but it seemed kind of plain. 2. This condo is not set up for family’s with small children. The tvs were older models and quite small. There was no way to stream shows/movies that they could watch. 3. The condo was clean but needed a little more attention in some areas. There was mildew on some of the blankets, stained on the towels and the cabinets needed wiped down. 4. The beds were awful! That is mainly the reason for taking off 2 stars. You can have a great condo, great location, great experience but a weeks worth of bad sleep can really bring down a vacation. The master bedroom and the sofa bed mattresses both desperately need replaced. 5. The exterior door lock didn’t feel as safe as I wanted. If felt flimsy and I couldn’t tell when it was locked/unlocked. 6. The price was a little high compared to other similar condos we have rented. Overall the stay was pretty good. We had a fantastic time with our children, had perfect weather and made a ton of memories! If the property owners updated the TVs and replaced the mattresses it would be a 10/10! Other than that it’s a great condo at a great location! This condo would be perfect for couples or families with older children!

Not at all clean. Smelled like smoke. Dimly lit.

As professional as the booking was, the condo itself was not clean. There was a popsicle wrapper on the floor next to a bed in the guest bedroom. Also, the cleaning supplies are stored in the pantry, so forget putting groceries there. Also, there was a ladder stored in the master bedroom closet. Obvious water damage throughout. We were there for the beach, which never disappoints, but the condo was less than desirable.

First Orange Beach Trip

It was a great first experience in Orange Beach. Property was very relaxing. Pool and beach were mostly quiet every day we were there. Everything we needed was close by like grocery. Nothing negative to say. We would definitely come back to Summerchase again.

Great location

Such a great location. The only recommendations I have to the owner is please invest in a more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom and have the cleaning company do a better job especially in the master bath.
