Beautiful Oceanfront and 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo!

We recently purchased this condo because of the breathtaking views of the gulf and the tropical grounds that can be seen from both the living room and master bedroom. Our place has everything you would want in a vacation condo. When you enter, you will be amazed by the incredible view of the ever changing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. Just beneath our balcony is a saltwater swimming pool which is nestled up to the snow white sand dunes of the beach.

You will be completely comfortable in our seventh floor two bedroom condo. We have two full bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, a full size dining room table, and a balcony running from the master bedroom to the living room facing the Gulf of Mexico.

There is tile in the kitchen, entry way, and in both of the bathrooms. For your comfort, both of the bedrooms are carpeted. The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed and the room faces the Gulf of Mexico. The other bedroom hosts a queen bed. The beds will make you never want to get out of them. You may want to eat your dinner on the balcony or have your first cup of coffee in the mornings here. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee pot, blender, electric can opener, etc. and all the utensils that you might need to make your own culinary delights. The dining table can accommodate six guests and we also have two bar stools. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer so that you won't have to take those dirty clothes home. We provide a vacuum, ironing board and iron and all of the linens for your stay with us. We have a high speed Internet connection that is free, so bring your laptop.

Our condo offers all the amenities and comforts of home. The picture perfect views from the deck are absolutely spectacular. It has been said that Orange Beach has the whitest sand and the prettiest water. You may want to spend hours marveling at the ever changing colors of the water from the privacy of your own condo or from the sun drenched white sandy beach. The photos will only give you a small hint of the beauty that will touch your soul. In the short time we have owned the condo, we have seen dolphins swimming in the morning and in the afternoon from our living room.

You’ll feel at home in our condo even though you are hundreds of miles away from your own. We want you to feel like our condo is like walking into your second home each evening, which makes for a cozy warm feeling all stay long. This condo is perfect for a honeymoon or vacation with your family, kids, and friends. We want to make sure that your stay with us will be made of memories that will last a lifetime for your family and friends.

Lean back in a comfortable chair on the beach or at the pools and enjoy the warmth of the sun. Relax and unwind as the calm and peace of each moment renews your spirit. Day or night Seaside’s pools are a wonderful place for washing away your cares. Whether surrounded by the lush tropical plants by day or by the romantic moon that dances on the water at night, the pools are a favorite of guests. Our complex is very family oriented; yet a honeymooning couple can also enjoy the peace of our complex. There are BBQ grills located throughout the complex for guests to have that perfect steak at night. There are picnic tables to compliment these grills. The shuffle board court is available by getting the equipment from the onsite office. There are also lighted tennis courts, a work-out facility with flat screen televisions, indoor heated pool, steam room, and a sauna.

The complex also hosts weddings on the beach and many couples use the clubhouse for their receptions. Also, a number of family re-unions and meetings are held at the complex as they can rent the clubhouse. It has a full kitchen, fireplace, couches, and tables that are all set up for your enjoyment.

Does fishing or golf interest you? The Alabama state park has the longest pier in the southeast. It has a tackle shop and at the end of the pier you can even clean your fish before you leave. The best place to buy your fishing license is at Walmart where you can even purchase your bait. There are numerous benches in the area for you to sit while fishing. The Orange Beach area has hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats. The fishing is absolutely superb. There are ten great golf courses in the area. Shopping opportunities are outstanding with some shops only a few blocks away and a huge outlet mall with 150 stores about twenty minutes away. If you like to shop, there are hundreds of boutiques, souvenirs shops, grocery stores, and specialty shops near the condo. The new Wharf complex has a great Ferris wheel for the kids, a large movie theater, shopping, dining, and outdoor concerts where famous singers come to perform. Many company meetings are held here because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities.

Orange Beach has also sunk a ship off the coast, so that scuba diving can get better each year. Don't forget about OWA and Waterville Water Park. There is something for everybody!
