Shops and beach located 2 km away.<br><br>Facing south, without any vis-à-vis and in perfect condition (completely redone this winter), it is decorated with care and surrounded by a lush garden.<br>Breathtaking sea view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez from all rooms of the house.<br><br>Very well equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, 2 refrigerators, complete kitchen utensils (including Nespresso coffee machine).<br><br>It has a capacity of 10 people (4 bedrooms with double bed 160*200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.<br><br>For the relaxation part, outside, you can enjoy a swimming pool, a solar shower, a petanque court and a mini-golf course (2 holes). The house has a very large terrace with different facilities (shaded dining area, outdoor lounge ..)<br><br>The infinity pool is heated, lit and regularly maintained. For the safety of children, the pool is equipped with an alarm system.
