Chalet Entier Traditionnel Pour Montagnards

Winter-Summer: Mountain and sports holidays, quiet in an independent family mountain chalet located high up with beautiful unobstructed views of the peaks on all sides and with a large sunny balcony and an unfenced "meadow" type garden.

FRIENDLY SINGLE-STOREY CHALET, designed for family use with a maximum of 7 people. * On the ground floor: living-dining room overlooking the garden, separate entrance with plenty of storage, separate toilet with washbasin, kitchen with dining area, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher * On the 1st floor: 3 independent bedrooms, double access to the balcony by the landing and one of the bedrooms, the single spacious bathroom with windows, washing machine and a 2nd toilet * On the 2nd floor with sloping ceilings: 2 independent bedrooms. The bedrooms vary in size.

PARKING INFO / PLEASE NOTE: In winter there is only one parking space for a single car on the side of the road in a private car park, then climbed on foot 150 metres probably in the snow with or without a trace which gives a real mountain atmosphere! Any other cars should be parked in the public car parks of BUET or VALLORCINE. On the other hand, in summer you can get in by car and there are several parking spaces.

CHALET LOCATION: Altitude 1300 m. Buet train station and the Poya snow stadium 1 km from the location of our private car park. Vallorcine train station and the Vallorcine gondola (Balme-Le Tour-Vallorcine ski area) 1.5 km from the location of our private car park.

INFO on VALLORCINE: authentic, sporty and family-friendly mountain village (13 km from Chamonix and 3 km from Switzerland) with many activities for all ages / In winter: La Poya ski stadium (welcome from 3 years old with the ESF ski school) and Vallorcine-Balme-Le Tour gondola (also ESF), immediate access to cross-country trails, snowshoes and pedestrian paths / In summer: starting point for hikes of all levels to meadows, torrents, mountain pastures, refuges and summits. Climbing in cliff-school and bouldering. Mountain bike trails. 2 tennis courts and a wall. Library. Guides and guides office in the village. PRICE INCLUDES: Cleaning (please leave the chalet in a correct condition) + Supply of sheets, towels, kitchen towels (beds to be made by you on arrival according to your choice of rooms) + Heating + Electricity + Tourist taxes + Free train passes between Vallorcine - Chamonix - Servoz.

START AND END DATES: With some exceptions, we rent our chalet for stays of several days. "Free" arrival from 5 p.m., "free" departure 10 a.m. at the latest.
