Just 5 minutes' walk from the villa, you'll find the restaurants, bars and crêperies of Sainte Marine harbour. From July to September, you can also take the ferry to Bénodet and enjoy its market, casino and thalassotherapy.

Zeer tevreden!

Het verblijf in deze moderne woning was heel aangenaam. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep perfect. Alles was zeer duidelijk uitgelegd via een op voorhand doorgestuurde brochure alsook de uitleg ter plaatse. De woning ligt in een doodlopende straat, met directe toegang tot het strand via een voetweg (op 100 m). Het strand is ideaal om met de hond te gaan wandelen (loopt door tot het volgende dorp Île-Tudy). Het binnenzwembad is een groote meerwaarde aangezien de temperatuur in de ruimte steeds lekker warm is. Ook Netflix is beschikbaar waar mijn kinderen iedere dag naar gekeken hebben. Ideaal om films in het Nederlands te kunnen zien. De tuin is mooi omheind en hierdoor ideaal voor de hond. Wij kijken terug op een geslaagde vakantie.

Es war wirklich traumhaft schön in dem Haus. Direkt am Strand. Natürlich hat das Wetter auch mitgespielt: 14 Tage Sommerwetter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos.

Erholsamer und landschaftlich beeindruckender Urlaub

Wir haben in den Herbstferien einen herrlichen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht. Der goldene Oktober hat sich von seiner besten Seite gezeigt, so dass wir viel unterwegs waren und uns am Nachmittag in diesem wunderschönen Haus entspannen konnten. Ob im Pool oder beim Spielen im gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich, für jede Lage gab es den perfekten Platz. Die Lage direkt am Meer bescherte uns tolle Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund. Vor allem in den Morgen- und Abendstunden waren die Lichtverhältnisse traumhaft. Wenn man mal nicht ins Restaurant gegangen ist, da Anfang Oktober nicht mehr alles geöffnet hatte, ließ auch die gut ausgestattete Küche keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt war alles sehr sauber und liebevoll arrangiert. Der Empfang durch die Haushälterin konnte aus Termingründen nicht persönlich stattfinden, war aber aufgrund der Schlüsselbox und telefonischer Einweisung für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall erneut buchen, da es für uns perfekt war.

Sehr schönes und ganz hervorragend ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Einziges Manko war die mangelhafte Reinigung des Objektes. Wir nehmen an, dass es ein Einzelfall war. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief reibungslos. Die Kommunikation mit der örtlichen Hausverwalterin war mangelhaft. Da ein Schlüsseltresor vor Ort vorhanden ist, ist der direkte Kontakt auch nicht notwendig.

Tolles Haus-tolle Lage-super Gastgeber-großartig!

Die Kurzfaassung: Leben wie Gott in Frankreich! 100%ige Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen wieder. Michel ist ein supernetter Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich ! 1000000 x Merci! Etwas ausführlicher: Das Haus ist nagelneu. Das Haus entspricht absolut den Fotos. Es hat eine Südwest Lage, was den Garten sehr schön sonnig macht. Die 29 Grad Wassertemperatur im Pool fühlen sich sehr angenehm an, außerdem ist die Schwimmhalle beheizt. Die Dame für den Checkin war pünktlich zur Stelle. Vom blauen Sofa im Wohnzimmer läßt sich gemütlich fernsehen, Netflix ist natürlich ein Bonbon. Der Küchentisch ist sehr groß, wir waren zu viert im Haus. Aber auch mit acht Personen ließ sich dort hervorragend sitzen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet , Teller, Gläser, Besteck, dass geschätzt locker 15 Personen Essen können. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass es zur Begrüßung ein Fläschchen Olivenöl und Rotweinessig gab, sowie Salz und Pfeffer. Im Vorratsraum waren Klopapier und Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs. Es gibt keine Mülltonne, wie häufig in Frankreich wird der Müll getrennt und am Marktplatz von Sainte Marine in die entsprechenden Container entsorgt. Das Internet ist ausreichend. Mehr als 2 Leute sollten nicht gleichzeitig streamen. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen bequem, eher etwas fester. Auch die Badezimmer sind hochwertig. Bei unserem Aufenthalt fehlten wegen Lieferengpässen nach Corona noch zwei Duschabtrennungen. Installation wird aber absehbar erfolgen. Empfehlenswert ist das Haus bis 6 Personen. Ganz fantastisch ist die Lage. 100m links das Sträßchen hinunter und man steht direkt an den Klippen. Und rechts erstreckt sich der kilometerlange Strand. Nachts ist es wunderbar ruhig. Im Oktober hatten wir sensationelles Wetter, 20 Grad und blauer Himmel. In der Umgebung gibt es viele sehr gute Restaurants, einige im Oktober evtl. geschlossen. Unbedingt reservieren. Supermarkt: größte Auswahl LeClerc in Pont l´Abbe, dort gibt es auch lokalen Fisch und fangfrische Langustinen aus LeGuilvinec. Ansonsten Carrefour in Benodet. Tipp: Buchung über die Homepage, spart Geld. Viel Spaß! I
