The renovated 90 year-old Historic home on almost 2/3 of an acre has the Paluxy river right in the backyard complete with a huge deck, massive private concrete dock, kids playground and tree swing. Location is AMAZING, on Barnard St., so you're just a couple minute walk from historic downtown, antique shops, famous Big Rock Park, Oakdale Park (swimming pool/playground), and a 5-6 mile drive to Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim!
