Private lake retreat with great decks, kayaks, bbq and fire pit.

Gorgeous lake views from every room! Large expansive property right on the open water.3/4 acre at the end of a culdesac with your own private dock, boat ramp and beach. Newly decorated beach house with comfortable beds and bedding and lots of nice bathroom and beach towels! Enjoy breakfast on the lakeside deck and dinner in the cozy nook watching the moonlight sparkle on the water. Lots of amenities including kayaks, floating tubes, swim vests, sun lounger, fireplace and fire pit. A complete coffee bar with whole beans and grinder and also coffee, tea and hot chocolate pods. Just a few minutes into Granbury for a vast array of restaurants, shopping and theatre. Our goal is to provide our guests with an extraordinary retreat like experience!

Wonderful stay! Great location on the lake, the peninsula feels so open. The house was perfect for our needs. The kids had a great time swimming and kayaking. Will definitely be renting again!

Graduation Party

We enjoyed our time as a family at the house. It was the prefect spot for a graduation party, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and cooking out. I would highly recommend this house.

Fabulous!

We went for a nice getaway from life. This beautiful place was just perfect! My girls had a great time in the water as did my husband and I! The view is breathtaking 😍 and we enjoyed every second there. Our host Tina was great and communicated so well and quickly. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well equipped! Really relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Thank you so much!!!! Hope to return soon

Great Weekend Getaway Spot

This house was a pleasant surprise. It sits right on the water and has awesome lake views from every room. My wife was so enamored with the view from the kitchen sink that she commented that she wouldn't mind doing dishes "all day, everyday if she had that view." LOL. The house has been completely remodeled inside and is decorated to make you feel like you are definitely on or near the water. The only drawback for some would be the 3 bedrooms with only one bathroom, but it's an easy adjustment for 4-5 people to make everything work out. We only had a weekend this time, but we will be back in the near future and plan to stay longer. Whether it's a weekend or a week, I highly recommend this gem to couples and small families alike. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Great graduation party venue

Everyone had such an amazing time. The breeze off the lake was perfect and helped everyone stay cool. The house is gorgeous. I was in love with the beautiful resin counter in the bathroom.

Surprise 40th Birthday Party

Peace lake retreat

We have stayed in several places in Granbury and this 1 was Awesome Great water and Dock I loved being able to load our JetSki's right there at the House we will definitely stay again !!

What-A-View!!

I booked this home to have our annual Easter celebration with friends and family! I dont think i could have found a more perfect place! It was great to sit on the large deck and watch everyone fishing, grilling, children playing and having a blast with NO electronics involved! What a blessing!
