About this property

Urban Oasis with Private Pool

Wonderful large yard with trees and privacy and your own pool! 3 Bedroom -2.5 bath. Master is King and en suite bath with shower. Second bedroom is Queen with full bath in hallway. 3rd bedroom is a trundle bed that can be 2 Twin or 1 King if you raise the bottom Twin trundle. It is on the opposite side of the house with the 1/2 bathroom. Easy access to I-35, 183, 290, and close to Mueller and downtown. Great 15 minute ride to Austin Bergstrom International Airport. Fully furnished and with all the comforts of home. The couches and beds and chairs are very comfortable. There are 2 living areas of which one is more of a game room and office and the other is open to the kitchen and more like a family room. Outside their is a patio table, grill, chaise lounges and chairs. There are some pool floats provided. Please obey the posted pool rules. The yard is large to play badminton or croquet. Bring your furry friends, but please keep them out of the pool. Inside is a fully stocked kitchen. Stocked spices! A nice retreat in the middle of town. Enjoy one of the great restaurants or lounge at the pool and grill at home. First time vacation rental!

Being charged for broken unstable stool

The property was fine. Clean and the pool was nice but it is quite dated. One of my family members sat on an super old and unstable stool and it broke. They said that since we didn’t report it now we’re being charged for it. I certainly hope they don’t try to bill us and charge a ridiculous cost for a cheap stool.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood was developed to provide housing for UT Austin professors and IBM and other tech professionals back when they first came to Austin and eventually led to us being called Silicon Hills.

What makes this property unique

It is difficult to find homes in town with this large of a lot and that have so much privacy! The pool is deep and shaded through much of the day and evening and the water stays nice and cool!
