The Sugar Sands are calling. Experience the Emerald Coast at it's finest. The ease of a 2 min walk to the beach with private deeded beach access. Enjoy the quiet and friendly neighbors while relaxing in the changing colours of the community pool. Location couldn't be better with walking distance to both Wales Tails and Pompano Joe's to dine for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or drinks on the beach. No need to stress about parking with this short walk. Beach rentals, ice cream, coffee shops, wine tasting and souvenirs are just a 2 min walk outside the gates.

This condo is fitted with new appliances, furniture and fully stocked kitchen for your dine in preference. Unit includes a pop up cot, highchair, dishes and baby gate for the little ones. Private full size washing machine/dryer front loaders are attached to the unit. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, sand spike, boogie boards, sand toys, and small cooler for the beach are included in your stay.

We loved our stay! It was walking distance to good food and the beach, and a short bike ride or drive to restaurants right on the beach. The location was unbeatable. On top of that, the condo was clean and comfortable. We'll be back!

We loved the fact that kitchen essentials were provided-spices, mustard, flour etc and the close proximity to the beachHost was notified that the plastic shower liner was unsanitary with heavy soap residue and a clean one was not provided-she replied something about a replacement was in laundry service and wouldn’t be ready for our stay. (I would think Walmart has them, so?)Shower water pressure in main floor shower was very poor, had use the one on second floor. Second floor-uncomfortably hot. It was just the two of us so we weren’t sleeping there

When you think of a place to go and relax, this has it all! From a cozy beach feeling to the beach! This place is it! It is in a perfect community! The condo is very clean, has a lot to offer a family on vacation, very cozy! When it is cooler or too windy at the beach, the pool is a great area to enjoy too! Heated pool and lots of lounge chairs to enjoy the warm weather! The beach is across to road, easy 2 minute walk! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Different places to walk to and enjoy!

We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it. That's why we came back again. We love the location. The couches were pretty tattered and worn this time. The bed topper was not very comfortable. The kitchenware and appliances are good. It was nice to have a good washer and dryer, too.

Great place, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place! It is literally 2 minutes from the beach so we were happy about being able to visit every day! The owners have done a great job providing all the amenities that renters might need, right down to the bottles of wine!! Great place, great location, lots of good restaurants and bars nearby, this is a little slice of heaven!!

Location cannot be beat.

The location was convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Manager Dwight is so friendly and always available. Highly recommend this complex.

We love new things and we love food tours! Culture and a change of scenery are delightful for us so the Destin area sure did make for a perfect vacation rental.
