Welcome to Heaven at the Beach. A great ground floor condo , 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club in Orange Beach, Alabama. Just walk in from your car, no carrying luggage up the stairs, no waiting on an elevator. Freshly updated with new beds, new paint, new stainless appliances, living room chairs, new patio furniture, new hvac & water heater. The condo sits right on the white sand beaches and has easy ground floor access to the amenities and beach. The spacious unit has plenty of room for the whole family, sleeping up to 6 guests. The building is centrally located with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment all right down the road.Parking Passes are to be purchased by each guest at HOA Office for $50 per car prior to check in(2 car limit).

Amenities include: Outdoor Pool, Heated Indoor Pool, Tennis Courts, Private Beach Access, Shuffleboard, BBQ Grill Area, & Sauna.

Step inside the condo and you will find a spacious floor plan that is nicely decorated and maintained well. The kitchen features black granite and is stocked with all of the appliances, cookware, and dishes you will need to prepare meals during your stay. There is seating for up to 8 between the kitchen table and the kitchen bar. The open living area also has plenty seating for relaxing and the couch pulls out into a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The master bedroom features a new King size bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom as well direct access out to the pool and beach area.

The guest bedroom features a new queen size bed, ceiling fan, dresser, and fresh paint. Access to the guest bathroom is right outside this bedroom.

Nice place to stay for family vacation

Overall very area to stay for vacation. Directly across from arcade. Walmart a few blocks away on the left. Lots of souvenier shops and restaurants close by. The condo's ac unit had a constant dripping sound that made it hard for me to sleep, but when i talked to the condo manager about it they said they would get it checked out. They were very nice called me within minutes of me leaving the message. I would stay here again the beach was only steps away and it was nice being on the ground floor next to the pool.

A little dissapointed

Had to call the manager to request carpet cleaning. In fairness, they had it done immediately. The unit location and closeness to the beach was as advertised, but general condition not as we expected.

2021 Orange Beach Vacation

Process of renting was user friendly. The location was excellent, especially being on the ground floor and just a few steps to the pool and a very short walk to the beach. The only downside was the parking fee was $5 higher than originally stated.

Great locations and beautifully designed

Had a great experience. Located steps away from pool and boardwalk. Newly renovated, very clean and stylish. There were also beach chairs, umbrella and body board in the bedroom closet for us to use. Had an issue with the toilet and owner had someone come and fix it right away. Highly recommended.

Beach fun

We had a very nice time at our Seaside Beach and Racquet Club condo! Just steps away from the beach. Nice pools. Very nice having a dishwasher and laundry. A very nice getaway for the family.
