Ski gondola to Orelle/3 valleys 26 km, the Karellis 24 km, Albiez 31 km. Ski cross-country 26km. 16km landscaped water body. Pool 20km. Country house 1750 renovated 24 km from the slopes. Charming typical hamlet. Very quiet. Beautiful preserved natural setting (meadows & forests). Warm mountain stamp. Very cosy. Balcony. Wide panoramic terrace (30 m²). Nice little playground. Splendid panorama & landscapes. Charming cottage nestled in a country house from 1750 steeped in history, 26km from the Orelle gondola for Val-Thorens/3 Vallées (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Many other reference ski areas nearby: Karellis 24km, Albiez-Montrond 31km, access to the vast Sybelles area 34km away (largest ski area in Maurienne), St-François-Longchamp/Grand area (link with Valmorel) and Valloire at 38km. Superb "Nordic" sites of Beaune at 26km and Grand Coin at 32km (cross-country skiing). At the gates of the Vanoise National Park and the sumptuous territory of Haute-Maurienne. Ultra privileged location to radiate in summer and winter on different massifs and resorts (skis, hiking and cycling). Many mythical passes!
