This roomy home offers beautiful views of rural Kentucky and has a large deck to relax with your family. The property is located one mile from Somerset, KY at the entrance of Fishing Creek Boat Ramp which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach. This home is only minutes (2 miles) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat docks as well as ski boat, pontoon, and jet ski rentals.

The home boasts over 1,250 square feet of space including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an eat in kitchen. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and includes a private bathroom which includes a tub/shower. Two other bedrooms downstairs offer Queen size beds and share the second bathroom with shower. The Living Room includes ample seating for 8, and a 50" HD television. The futon in the living area allows for additional sleeping space if needed. The Eat-In Kitchen seats 8, and has new stainless steel appliances includes seating for 6 at the table . Free wireless internet service is available.

This home offers the perfect getaway for 3 couples and kids but is also very accommodating for a romantic couple's getaway.

Enjoy the outdoors with local fishing, golfing, hiking, and water activities including a public beach at Pulaski County Park, located 1 mile from this home. And located only eight miles from Somerset, there are many things to enjoy in the area including vineyards, a water park, theater, restaurants, and shopping. Somerset also boasts an active festival, car show, and music event schedule.

Bring your own boat or rent one at Lee's Ford Marina. Launch at Lee's Ford Marina (two miles away) or Pulaski County Park's public ramp for free, with boat and trailer parking which is 1/2 mile away from this home.

Note: Tenant will be responsible for an additional electric fee if they connect an RV/Camper to the electrical service at the vacation property. Additional electric fee will be an extra $30 per day for the length of the reservation.

Fathers Day and Birthday Family Gathering

The owner seems very nice and reasonable about things. House was very clean and stocked with plenty of pots, pans and amenities. Every thing worked as they were suppose to and Beds were definitely comfortable. I will definitely like to stay there agian in the future.

Nice home

The house was nice and very clean.The house had bed bugs. I notified the management company. We left a day early.The rules were way too strict. It has a huge yard and deck but it had very little furniture to sit outside. You had to run the dishwasher and wait for it to finish and put the dishes away. I'm not sure what the cleaning fee was for. I would rent again once the home was treated for bed bugs.

Great location to Lake Cumberland

Nice small little home. It’s about 10 minutes to Lee’s Ford Marina. Home was very clean. The extra parking across the street was extremely beneficial as we would of never fit our boat and truck in the small steep driveway. Some outdoor lighting facing the driveway would be beneficial as it’s very dark out that direction. Shower water pressure was great, wish my home had that much pressure. Deck was huge and nice but needs some more seating. From what I saw the kitchen is very well stocked, we ate out for the most part so didn’t utilize much of the kitchen. Some window treatments in the kitchen and living room would also be nice for privacy reasons. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and clean and seemed like a nice safe area. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful little gem

This was very beautiful home. We were there with the family as I am Terminally Ill .the house was amazingly beautiful! The wonderful lady’s that run it helped us greatly in our time of need!! We will be back hopefully soon!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness

Beautiful house and in a great location

The house was very clean upon our arrival and was fully furnished with everything we could possibly need. The property owners were very nice and easy to get ahold of as well. Probably the best part was the location, it was a few minutes from the boat ramp, town and the beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

Unexpected weekend getaway

We had an opportunity to get away last minute and we found this rental. The owner was great, communicated well and had the house ready and clean for us in under 24 hours of our booking request! We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed relaxing at the house, boating on the beautiful lake and the free boat launch was minutes away! We also enjoyed downtown Somerset! We would definitely stay again!

Really nice

Me my husband 3 kids, my friend her husband and their son all stayed there. It was very spacious and clean. Fully stocked with pots pans cups plates utensil cleaning supplies etc. Master bedroom was amazing. Deck is humongous for cooking out and just relaxing.
