Hemingway Inspired Villa

Beautiful villa, quiet and comfortable two bedroom one bath close to downtown and the beaches. You can grill on your private patio, or take a bike ride into town and explore the beautiful downtown Sarasota or St. Armand Circle. Minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key and Lido Key. Christian is from Austria and the chef at a nearby yacht club, I am a concierge. If you have any questions we would be happy to assist in any way we can. Minutes from downtown, close to both Lido Key, Siesta Key and Saint Armand Circle

Girls trip

The place was very convenient to all the beaches and restaurants. We had some bugs in the place and the toilet didn’t flush well. Overall it was a decent place but I would not go again.

Cozy place

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It’s nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and pillows, great towels and amenities. A few items with not working like the dishwasher, Kureg and most disappointing, the air mattress which needed to constantly be filled. Unfortunately we did not use the community pool.

Limpio el lugar pero sus camas pésimas

La propiedad estaba muy limpia pero mis noches fueron terrible ya que el corchon de la única cama que tenía demasiado incomodo y el corchon de aire había que inflarlo todo el tiempo . Bueno en fin no me gusta porque mis noches no pude dormir por lo incómodo de sus camas .

Why they chose this property

Light, bright, beachy and relaxing. Our Hemingway inspired old Florida style villa will be just what the Doctor ordered. Relax on one of the two fully enclosed private patios, take a dip in the pool, or a nice bike ride into town. We are minutes away from downtown Sarasota, and beautiful Saint Armand Circle or Lido Key Beach. It is about a 15 minute drive to the famous Siesta Key Beach. Trip Advisor rated number one beach, with white sugar sand and turquoise water.
Other things to note
This is a quiet complex and very peaceful place, please be respectful of others.
