We are offering this charming house with a glimpse of the sea for rent in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer. Situated 400 metres from the beach, it has a floor area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 60 m². End-of-stay cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels, are included in the rental price. All you need to do is drop off your luggage!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a sofa bed (double bed), TV, Wi-Fi
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: on the first floor with a double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine: on the second floor with a single bed. Access is via a steep staircase, strongly not recommended for children under 10 (under the eaves, quite cramped)
- A bathroom with a shower
- Two separate toilets

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following extra amenities: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, and a cot.

Outdoors:
- A small, unfenced garden of 60 m² with a tiled terrace. The outdoor area is furnished with garden furniture so you can make the most of sunny days (outdoor table, two sun loungers)

On site, the local Cocoonr agency, which specialises in ‘ready-to-stay’ rentals, will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you enjoy it to the full.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting, right in the town centre, 400 metres from the beach. You’ll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

- Self-check-in: a key box is available on site to allow you to access the accommodation independently. All the information you need for your arrival will be sent to you by email before your stay.

- For July and August: The market is held every Monday from 07:00 to 15:00. We therefore advise you to park your car on a side street on Sunday evening if you plan to go to the market on Monday morning. The summer market is right in front of the house
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (bed linen, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
