Welcome to Condo Verde Oasis located in the Veranto condos in downtown Playa del Carmen. This condominium is fully equipped with two bedrooms: the master has a king bed, and the guest room has 2 double beds, both with 2 private bathrooms. You will be able to enjoy the city view from your private terrace and high-speed internet. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 children or an adult if needed.
The Veranto condominium complex offers a spacious rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, lounge chairs, garden tables, bar and grill, and even an immersion pool. Additionally, in the common areas on the first level of the building, you will find a gym and a mezzanine with tables.
This condominium is located a few blocks from the Mega supermarket, and from some shops and restaurants. Also, you are 10 minutes from the beach on foot.

- Long-term rentals: More electricity. (Price per KW between $3 to $8 MXN)
- We require a security deposit of $1,000 USD refundable within 7 business days.
