- A kitchen, with a raised counter, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds joined to form a queen-size bed (160x200)

- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A 7m² balcony, facing south-east, equipped with 4 chairs, parasol and a deckchair to enjoy the fine weather.
Communal areas :
- A swimming pool (private, unheated), located opposite the flat, accessible with a pass, open from June to September. Opening dates non-contractual.
- A tennis court at the back of the residence grounds.
