Great place for a quiet family getaway. The layout worked well with our 4 adults and 6 kids. Loft area and bunk room was great for the kids. Location was a perfect base for day trips to various Adirondack attractions.
As a lifetime vacationer in this immediate area, I’ve always wanted to know what it was like to stay at an Adirondack camp on this lake and it didn’t disappoint. The house is rustic and a very interesting structure with a wonderful master suite and never ending views of this beautiful, quiet lake. We found it clean, well stocked and our host very welcoming. I would highly recommend giving this a try.
Our family has stayed here for a few years now and we love how peaceful it is. The back deck facing the lake is a favorite space to gather at the end of the day. Canoeing on Lake Eaton, watching the loons and swimming off the dock have become some of our favorite memories of this location.
This Lake House was perfectly located on Lake Eaton.
The views of the lake and mountains were incredible!
Lake Eaton was quiet as were the neighbors. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the gorgeous deck and lakeside dock..
Kayaking and fishing were great!
The house was comfortable and cozy.
We would visit here again!
Million dollar view of lake, and large comfortable cottage deck for relaxing. Homey adk cottage, with newer master bedroom and bath. Lake was relatively close to cottage,, with easy pebble steps, then slightly slanted (slants to right) lower stairs to lake deck, but certainly usable. Great deck for jumping into the clear, calm lake. Lake deck was large enough to place our gravity chairs, sit for hours reading and napping, and to view the colorful, amazing sunsets. Quiet area, but close to longlake activities and stores. Owner was very responsive to messages.
This location has a lovely deck that overlooks the lake with beautiful views of Adirondack sunsets. The dock allowed us to fish and swim, and to enjoy the peace of Lake Eaton. The host encouraged us to make ourselves at home, and we felt at home for our stay.
