Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay.Loved the property. Perfect location. Garbage trucks can be a bit annoying early in the morning.

The location of this property was fantastic! We had half of the group skiing and half hanging in the town. Being a 3 minute walk to the gondola was such a blessing in ski boots, and those staying behind loved getting to walk to shopping! The whole place was so clean and the perfect backdrop to my Bachelorette weekend! I couldn't have picked a better stay. The Host shared so much information and even got us a discount on ski rentals! Perfect!

Highly recommended. The location was prefect. I’ve stayed in the mountains before, but this time I wanted a house in town. You can walk to just about anything and everything in town. The house is exceptional. It had heated floors, a fireplace, a grill and hot tub, 2 separate tv rooms and a 2 car parking space. Would definitely stay here again!2 separate tv toons, and a 2 car parking space.

Wonderful Breckenridge Home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this downtown Breckenridge home. Easy walk to the gondola for skiing, short walk to all downtown restaurants and shops, and a wonderful home to simply relax in after a full day of skiing!

Incredible location

Beautiful home-great for a group!

Stayed with a group of high school friends. The home is very comfortable, quiet and clean! It was decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable. The view from the deck was amazing. Close walk to everything and the hot tub was great too. We loved the home and would definitely stay again!

Perfect spot

We loved our stay here --- place we well set-up, comfortable, cute, clean. The kids loved the hot tub. Great views of the mountains and town from the back deck. Location was super convenient to get to downtown (1 block) or the gondola (super quick and easy walk). We will def be back :)

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location!

Breckenridge is amazing, and so is this condo! Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. A short walk to all Breckenridge has to offer. Our host Ryan was very accomodating with a last minute late check out request. I would highly recommend and we hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful stay

We loved the rental! We had two families with a bunch of small kiddos and we loved being so close to everything. We could walk to pretty much everything we wanted and that was such a game changer. The place is beautiful and had everything we needed! My only tip would be to bring an extra baby gate for all the stairs. We managed though and absolutely loved it. We will be back!
