NEED A VACATION?? Look no further. Our SPLASH condo is the answer.

SPLASH is one of the premier condominiums that PCB has to offer. There is something for everyone - water park with slides, tiny tot area, interactive water toys, lazy river, adult pool, hot tub, dive-in family movie, beach side bar & grill, game room, BBQ grill area, and, of course, the white pristine sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

Don't pack yet - let me tell you about our accommodations.

You will be staying in our spacious 1500+ sq ft Windsong unit which has 2 master bedrooms with king size beds, 3 single bunks located in an alcove, and a queen size sofa sleeper. Walk out to the balcony from the living room or either bedroom and experience the breathtaking sunsets and gorgeous ocean view. Prepare fresh seafood from the local market in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. There is plenty of room for dining either at the kitchen bar or wooden dining table. After a day in the sun, you may want to relax in front of one of the three televisions, watch a DVD or listen to the stereo. As an added convenience, we have arranged free long distance calling and WiFi in our condo.

**Splash Resort requires a one-time $35 fee, payable at the registration desk, which covers one parking pass and pool wristbands for guests aged 12 and older. Each additional vehicle will incur an extra $35 fee.

Although we only stayed for a few days, I certainly would've loved to stay a week or two. This is a great location to be a bit quieter on the beach. The whole process for booking, checking in and using the facilities was the easiest I have ever experienced in a Condo. The unit was a corner unit with great views and was very clean and updated. The space is open with plenty of room for family space and two separate King Bed Rooms with views of the beach. Everything just worked out great for us and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed a week on the 16th floor. The condo has great features: a huge balcony, smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and an excellent A/C system that kept us perfectly cool during a heat wave. The resort amenities were a major highlight—the lazy river and TV by the pool were wonderful, and the poolside bar served yummy frozen drinks. The unit was reasonably clean and the host provided a helpful starter pack of dish soap, dish/laundry detergents, and basic toiletries. We did have to bring our own beach towels. One of the kitchen drawers broke upon opening, but the host was incredibly responsive and had it repaired the same day. The kitchen has most major items (I loved the Ninja blender!), though it was missing a few basics like measuring cups/spoons, and salt/pepper. We chose not to trouble the host about the kitchen items to avoid interrupting our vacation plans, but I am sure she would have helped if asked!The main downsides relate to the resort building itself, which feels dated and could use some extra attention regarding deep cleaning and maintenance. With 21 floors, elevator wait times were already noticeable, but it became quite challenging when one went out of service for a bit. Additionally, both elevator cabs were uncomfortably hot and humid. Riding up to the 16th floor after a day at the beach felt a bit like being in a sauna.Overall, the unit has wonderful bones and a great host, but the building's shared infrastructure holds the experience back a bit.

The condo was just as described! It was very clean and well equipped with little extras that you might need, sand toys, beach chairs, kitchen necessities, balcony chairs and the best was the free beach chairs and umbrella on the beach everyday we were there!! The location was easy to access and had a great view. It was easy to access the beach and there were a wide variety of pools for all ages. A splash pad for the little ones, a big kid splash zone and even a lazy river. All in all it was a great location and stay for a beach trip

I had asked for early check in and was told there were people leaving and the room had to be cleaned. That was fine. So when we got there the code didn’t work so we went about our day. We went back to check after 3pm and yve code worked. So we assumed the room was clean! Nope! It took about 30 minutes to reach Robin and he said he’d get them to clean it, there had obviously been a miss communication on his part. So we didn’t get to check in to our room until after 7 pm! We had a baby with us which made our day very difficult! When we finally got in the room.. there was only 2 towels & 2 wash cloths. So I called again. It was the next day before they brought them to us. We got up, went to breakfast & to get groceries. When we were unloading the groceries we noticed the sink had an AWFUL SMELL! So I called again! They were going to CHARGE ME TO COME CLEAM WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED ALREADY! Very poor customer service! Would MOT VRBO with them again! BTW.. the beach chairs that come with the room are on the middle or back row!
