This is a cozy German-style fachwerk house that features a spacious living area and three bedrooms, providing enough room for up to 8 people to stay comfortably. The cheerful kitchen nook is equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking and entertaining. Additionally, it's located just a short walk away from the Blastenhoff and Surfenburg sections of Schlitterbahn.

It's worth noting that Oma Seidel's Haus is situated next door to Opa Seidel's Haus (which accommodates up to 6 people). For larger groups of up to 12 people, it may be possible to reserve both properties for your visit!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign Renters Agreement. Security Deposit required up to $600. No Smoking ($500 fine), No Pets ($300 fine).
Do not move furniture - $75.00 fine if furniture has been moved. Must be 25 years old to rent. Do Not put Pots & Pans in Dishwasher.
$80 cancellation fee.- No Parties - No Events

I remain active with my volunteer work with different organizations such as the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, Comal County Emergency Service District #7 (ESD7), Braunfels Foundation Trust, Leadership New Braunfels, New Braunfels City University, National Association of REALTORS, and Texas REALTORS.
In my free time, I love playing tennis, hanging out by the lake, spending time outdoors, taking my dogs for a ride in "their jeep", and enjoying the company of family and good friends. I believe in enjoying life to the fullest.

What makes this property unique
