Exactly as shown

No games, the house is beautiful, beautiful views, pool is perfect, it's priced fairly, and it has everything you can possibly need. However, I would say coffee maker was little outdated, the grill needed a good clean and lastly the fresh food side of the fridge seems to not be working or working slow. But none of that takes away from the potential fun the house offers. Kids will love it! Oh one thing I would for keep in mind is the many staircases, incase you’re taking your older folks.

Wurstfest Stay

This property is absolutely gorgeous, backs up to the Comal and schlitterban and a short walk to downtown. It’s tucked away from the main streets so makes for a quiet peaceful stay. Plans to leave the house are not needed as the upstairs balcony and ground level outdoor area provide plenty of space for your group to lounge for the day. Hope to gather another group to stay some time in the summer.

Great family-fun home!

This house was amazing. By far one of the best rentals we’ve rented while at the river. We were tired of the crowds at some nearby rentals and wanted more privacy. I appreciated all the color schemes and decor that was put into this home. Everything was very comfortable and well thought out. We had 3 teenagers that slept upstairs in the bunk area which worked out perfect. Having the golf cart and tubes delivered was also super helpful and a great price(I highly recommend!). Those tubes sure take up a lot of room when packed in the car!! We spent many hours in the afternoon by the pool…and the water was actually cool because of the backyard shade! The owner was very responsive and always answered my questions. We will be back but I’m hoping the word doesn’t get out and they become hard to rent ;) Thank you for providing a clean, comfortable and family-FUN weekend!

Family Vacation

The house was very clean and the check in/out process was super easy. Tube and golf cart rental was incredible and renters also recommended places to eat which was super helpful. The pool and location were the excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
