Pool keys did not work and we did not get any help

The rental seemed odd from the very beginning. We were asked to not tell anyone we were renting and asked to say we were personal guests if anyone asked. The pool key was not functioning and when we asked for help or a replacement I just got multiple reaponses back saying it was being looked into. Very dissapointing as it was over 100 degrees and the main reason we chose the rental was the pool. A different person responded after every messageI sent. 2 days after we left I received a message that they checked the keys after we left and they worked fine.
