This half of a charming house built around 1789 awaits you in the heart of the charming village of Saint-Alvère. The enclosed courtyard, bordered by a quiet footpath, has a swimming pool and a terrace in the shade of a hundred-year-old lime tree. The property has a wood-burning stove and a sauna, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. The lively village has many small stores, a tourist office and a very popular Monday market. The location is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions of the Périgord Noir and the Dordogne Valley.

The house is beautiful, nicely located in lovely small village Ste Alvere,

The house is great with a big groop of people, improvement is very much needed for the outdoor furniture (old tabel and old breakable chairs), kitchen four is great, however investment shouls be done in plates, pans, glasses, cups (a lot of small, but not enough large teacups)

Hebergement agréable mais absence de salon de jardin pour 10 personnes. Chaises à moitié cassées. Ménage aléatoire dans les chambres 2 d'entre elles ont du faire l'objet de changement des draps car odeurs et taches suspectes... Pas très engageant quand on prend possession des lieux

Bien mais peut mieux faire...

Maison spacieuse et agréable. Photos conformes. Chambres et sanitaires propres. Renouveler les draps et les meubles de jardin (en particulier les chaises) ne serait pas du luxe. Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l'électroménager (frigo tiède, récipient cafetière cassé, grille-pain HS...) et le niveau de la bouteille de gaz ainsi que l'éclairage (de nombreuses ampoules intérieures et extérieures grillées). Nous n'avons pas su faire fonctionner le sauna, une notice aurait été la bienvenue. Merci à Mickaël pour sa réactivité suite à nos demandes, et à Jean-Pierre pour l'entretien quotidien de la piscine, très agréables.

Bel endroit, bien placé

Logement très agréable et spacieux, avec beaucoup de charme. Idéalement placé au cœur du village, avec les commerces à proximité immédiate. L’extérieur est très agréable. Petit bémol, la prestation de ménage n’est pas à la hauteur du standing de la location et laisse à désirer, tout comme la procédure d’accueil réduite à son minimum le plus strict sans aucune explication, dommage. L’endroit reste pour autant idéal pour un bon moment entre amis ou en famille.

Maison très agréable dans un joli village.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très bien distribuée. Un bémol ; la batterie casseroles et poêles n'est pas très bien adaptée pour faire la cuisine pour un grand nombre de personnes malgré une très beau "piano". (Et gare à ceux qui dorment dans la chambre sous la cuisine le plafond vibre sous les pas de ceux qui marchent à l'étage.) Un parasol serait aussi le bienvenu.
