Beautiful newly remodeled in 2021! 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit, full kitchen, nice living room, with fabulous deck overlooking the ICW (intercoastal waterway). King size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer on-site! Dock and boat lift for fishing and relaxing on the ICW! Dock can accommodate boats and jet skis. Kayaks on property. Parking for boat trailer and 1 hook-up for motorhome.

Need more space, you can also rent the 2-bedroom/2bathroom unit on-site!

Perfect and clean

This was the perfect spot for our little getaway. Super clean and very cute! Newly remodeled. The bed was sooooo comfy and the bedding was crisp clean. The deck was big and Perfect for watching morning sunrises! We will be back! Tom & Amy.

Great place

Cute remodel nice shared deck with the other adjoining unit if you have friends or family who would like to join you it’s a Two bedroom. Loved the big yard for a labs they love to fetch. Lots of pet friendly restaurants/bars near by. Everyday we googled hiking trails in the area plenty to choose from. Nice dock for fishing and two grills on site to grill up your catch, they have two Kayaks and life jackets if you want to venture out on the calm shallow water.

Great Experience

Loved the cleanliness of this property. Enjoyed the dock right across US 1, even saw dolphins swimming while sitting on the dock. Highly recommend.

The One Bedroom Unit

Yes, very clean, and very comfortable King Sz in bedroom. However, we did not realize the location fronts US Hwy 1 !! And the accessible beautiful pier on the water is across US1 !!

First Florida Fish Trip

The place was perfect! Always in contact with property manager for check-in, status of stay, and check-out. Right on the water, a dock for a boat and to fish. We chose to drive to Sebastain Inlet park, fished the pier... what a great time! Caught so many fish, plus saw others reeling in huge snapper and snuck. We have such stories to tell. This was our first trip to Florida and we are definitely going back. Great place, great people and management! - Cheers, Kevin and MiKyong
