Wonderful place close to beach!

It's easy to see that this Tennis Villa is usually inhabited by the owners themselves: very tastefully decorated and furnished and more than fully equipped! Even the fridge was stocked up prior to our arrival. We'd love to return!

The condo is not on the beach, but the beach is right across the street so not far at all. Sea Oaks is a tennis club and there are many activities that a guest has easy access to in addition to the beach and pools. The club is very friendly and the supporting staff are familiar with guests that are renting....it's great! You are treated like a member. I could walk down to the tennis club and grab a bite to eat. Tennis tournaments to watch daily. but even if tennis or pickle ball is not your thing. People are in the pools, riding bikes and walking....very active.

This was a great week to visit family and get to relax. The property is just as described and everything you need is there. As this was off season, we literally had the nearby pool to ourselves each day. We especially enjoyed setting in the screened-in deck in the later afternoon and evening. Such a peaceful setting! Peaceful & Relaxing Stay

This was our second year staying in the villa. Kathy and Dino have been excellent hosts. The Sea Oaks property is very peaceful. The villa is on the first floor and steps from the nearest pool and hot tub. Enjoyed early mornings and several rain storms in the screened in porch/lanai with a tropical setting. The beach is a 5 minute walk but parking is available if you prefer to drive. The listing is accurate, clean, and kitchen well-stocked with cooking/dining essentials. A quick stop at the grocery on the way from the airport and we are set for the week! Thank you, Dino & Kathy, for another great stay!

Beautiful beach!

We began every morning with a walk on the beach at sunrise! The beach is beautiful here. We saw Pelicans feeding every morning, evidence of sea turtle coming on beach many mornings, and dolphins feeding one morning! Many evenings were spent the same way. The villa was great--just what we wanted. We were able to cook meals when we wanted to stay in and the Internet was very fast for streaming movies. There is a lot to explore in the area and great restaurants. We had a wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property in Vero Beach, FL. The owners were very communicative and responsive to all questions. The property itself was immaculate and provided a very comfortable and homely base of operations for our adventures. There is a large heated pool and hot tub about 100 feet from the back porch. The ocean is only a short 5 min or less walk away. There are many restaurants and shops just miles away. There are also several club houses on the Sea Oaks property that serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner at certain times of the day. Overall we were very impressed with this property and would highly recommend it for couples or those with a small family like us.

This experience exceeded our expectations. The location, the condo itself, and communication with the owners was exceptional. The condo itself is very comfortable to stay in. The location is ideal, and the community of Sea Oaks is amazing with the pool, ocean, and restaurant within walking distance. The hosts anticipated the needs of guests, from the initial communication to checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory, (it was far more than satisfactory), to paying attention to every detail a guest could possibly need in a home away from home. It is evident that Kathy and Dino take pride in their property and in their role as hosts, and it is greatly appreciated. Definitely will return.

Tropical lush Beach and Tennis club

Started week long vacation on lanai- in pajamas- sipping coffee ( first cup gratis with well stocked rental). The condo had warm Mediterranean colors under heavily canopied trees that I found restful from the blazing Floridian sun. The description from other reviewers is "spot on" as far as the steps from the private pool and Jacuzzi (shared amongst the Tennis Village condos) and easy flat 10 minute walk to club complex beachside with sea turtle nests. The club complex and beach frontage is lovely: pool for dipping, bar for refreshment, and dining if you wish to have a quick lunch poolside or dinner either adjacent terrace or inside newly remodeled clubhouse. Found this gem, while hunting for a much needed vacation getaway. Everything we needed and more. Beautifully laid out, equipped with every conceivable need, from kitchen appliances, shower, comfortable living room, lanai and a spa tub. Steps from the pool and hot tub, 3 minute walk to the beach. Everyone was super friendly. Definitely highly recommend this for a vacation.

The tennis villa at Sea Oaks was homey and inviting. We loved the art on the walls, the very comfortable king bed and pillows and the amazing lanai that we read about in other reviews for this property. It was an easy jaunt across a cross-walk protected street to reach the beach...and the property itself is as grand and lush as many resorts we've been to. Charming all the way around. Kathy and Dino were excellent communicators and we'd rent from them again without thinking twice. A+ experience.

We loved the tennis villa located in the Sea Oaks property. The villa was beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The unit is very well stocked and provided an easy transition while away on vacation. Within a day we felt like we had always lived there! The location is also quiet and private. I loved sitting on the lanai and listening to the birds and tropical sounds. The club is very friendly and welcoming of new guests and the ocean views are spectacular. Kathy and Dino were easy to contact and provided us with additional details when asked. We loved the area and will definitely be back!

The property was clean, tidy and had everything you could possibly need.lovely outlook particularly from the rear.Very picturesque views everywhere.Sea oaks itself is simply beautiful.Really enjoyed the stroll to the private marina and watched dolphins.Also went back to watch the sunset in the evenings.The gym is impressive and the pools are fab.literally a 5 minute walk to a fantastic quiet beach.Everybody we came across ,staff and owners were very friendly and helpful.Would have loved to have stayed longer .Will definitely be back!Dino and Kathy were efficient, helpful and made our stay a vacation to remember.

This was our first time visiting Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis Community and we were totally impressed with the environment and our stay at your tennis villa condo. The condo was nicely equipped with all the essentials and features to guarantee a positive experience. Why they chose this property

We both love the water. Here at Sea Oaks we are steps from beautiful ocean beaches and the intracoastal waterway. Google pinned us 11 minutes from the beach when we are actually a 2 minute walk from our front door to the Atlantic Ocean. When we first drove into this gated community we were struck by the beauty of the lush vegetation and pristine surroundings. The amenities offered here are second to none. The Beach Club and restaurant overlooking the Atlantic would have sealed the deal. However, the 16 impeccably maintained Har-Tru tennis courts, full service pro shop and clubhouse make this location a dream come true.

What makes this property unique

We try to never miss a sunrise at Sea Oaks. We awaken with the birds singing, walk steps to the Beach Club and pour ourselves a cup of perfectly brewed coffee which is awaiting us (gratis). We watch as the sun comes up majestically over the ocean and usually lights up a few fair weather, puffy clouds which sit out over the horizon. A brisk walk on the sandy beach usually follows where we will say hello to a few like-minded souls. Upon returning to our villa we can faintly pick up the wonderful sound of tennis balls being hit. After a light breakfast, we are on the courts in short order. Following a few sets of tennis we often will swim in our private community pool (just steps from our lanai) and follow this with some relaxing time in the hot tub.
We will sometimes take a quick tour of our community and stop for awhile by the marina to look for sea life. The days can always be filled with the activities we most love. We also find that sometimes doing nothing at all fits the bill perfectly.
